Bio: Touka was born the youngest child of Akio & Hana Kimura. At age four, it was discovered that she had a quirk which manifested as earth manipulation. It was around this time that she met Dauska Riverdao, who was a year older then her. However, the two became fast friends and she was the one constant Touka had in her life. They knew they could always count on each other.

When she was five years old, her parents had their quirks stolen and were subsequently killed by All For One. Touka's older brother, Ryota, disappeared and Touka managed to escape by hiding in a secret place only she and her brother knew about. However, she still witnessed her parents' murders and was traumatized by it.

Touka was eventually found by a pro hero passing by, who took her to an orphanage, but for a long time afterwards, she didn't believe that Pro heroes were very helpful. She continued to believe this until she met Izuku Midoriya, who's own heroic nature showed Touka that there were heroes who could help.

She was eventually adopted by her father's older brother, Hiroto Kimura, and went to live with him. Touka would occasionally accompany Hiroto to Nabu Island to visit her other uncle, her dad's younger brother, Sota, and his family, his wife, Kana, his son, Hikaru, and his daughter, Ayame, both of whom were older than Touka.

About a year before applying at U.A. High School, Touka met a vigilante named Gadget. He was quirkless but used many gadgets he made himself to fight villains. Since being a vigilante wasn't allowed, he made a huge effort to separate his vigilante identity from the one people saw, a teen named Raiden Sakamoto a couple of years older than Touka who was enrolled in the Hero Support class at U.A., a class that specialized in creating gadgets to help heroes.

After seeing how many rules being a hero had and learning that being a vigilante would allow her more freedom to fight villains.
