"So he is finally here...how do you feel, Hales? you've been waiting for him like a bitch in heat," Aiden smirked at her as he took a slug of bourbon from the bottle.

"Aidennnn...." Josh rebuked only half serious, Hayley kinda had been hanging out for the original hybrid to get here. "So how is he? How is Hope? Assuming he could see Hope, wherever he was."

"He was in some kind of in-between world and he was watching over her. Hope had a few challenges but she found her own peace and then he was here," She smiled, pouring a shot of tequila.

"So he is here, where is he living?" Josh asked.

"I just dropped him at the compound," Hayley answered Aiden sat down and stared at her, she glanced at him then away.

"We know you pretty well Hales, we have spent a lot of time together, we have gotten drunk together more times than I can count over the last two years, you were devastated when Klaus didn't show up here with Elijah, I'm not sure when you fell in love with the original hybrid but you are it is plain to Josh and I, even your Mom and Dad are clued into how much you love him, you haven't been with any guy here in two years. Now Klaus is here, are you going to tell him how you feel?" Aiden asked her bluntly and Josh took a sip of beer and sat watching her closely.

"Umm...err....Cami...he might still be in love with Cami, I can't say anything unless I know they are not going to be together, I mean we are friends...it would be....awkward." She faltered hesitantly.

"So you would let the guy you love that is the Father of your kid, just go without saying anything? Even if he feels something for Cami which I gotta tell you I never saw it, from Klaus it always looked like a familial feeling, like he appreciated her, he was never hot and heavy for her and this is coming from me, I love Cami she is a great friend and she was into him still is from the way she talks, but I never saw that from Klaus. I thought Cami and Marcel had more chemistry at least they were having sex. Cami and Klaus never had sex, she never told me why they hadn't, I didn't get it, I had the impression he likes sex.... a lot," Josh remarked.

"He does," Hayley voiced without thinking and Josh and Aiden smirked at her.

"I think you should tell him, personally Hales like you always say eternity in peace is a long time," Aiden commented.

"I'll think about it now, enough deep and meaningful, let's drink and have fun," She grinned at them.

Hayley swayed home at 3am walking, deciding to leave her car and pick it up later and she hummed drunkenly to herself on the walk home, she clutched onto the railing as she climbed the stairs to the front door and fumbled for her keys in her jacket pocket and jumped when a deep voice behind her asked.

"Good night?" She swung her head round with a drunken grin.

"Klaus......" She breathed out...."You wanta tooo know somthink?.....I love youuuu...." She slurred out mindlessly, finally finding her key and trying a few times to get it in the keyhole and felt his hand over hers taking the keys from her, she could vaguely feel his warm chest in her back as he leaned around her and inserted the key opening the door and quickly wrapping his arm around her waist so she did not fall flat on her face he scooped her up in his arms, kicked the door closed and carried her upstairs following her scent to her bedroom, while her head snuggled into his neck and he could feel her lips on his neck kissing him, he lay her on the bed and pulled her boots off and socks.

"Jeannns, can't sleeep in thossse," She slurred and he unbuttoned them and pulled them down her legs then got her out of her jacket and pulled the doona down from underneath her, she looked at him with one eye closed, "My headdd is spinningggg and I cannn seee twooo of youuu." He chuckled and leaned down close to her face.
