[Scene: Marin's room]

Marin and Manon are playing with Marin's Scarlet Beetle and Kitty Noir dolls. "Here I am, M'lord!", Puppet Kitty Noir said.

"Glad to see you, Kitty Noir!", Puppet Scarlet Beetle said. "Of course, you are! I'm the cat's meow!", Puppet Kitty Noir said.

She meows and then giggles. "She shouldn't say that!", Manon said.

"No?", Marin asked. Manon frowns and shakes her head.

"This is no time to be goofing around, Kitty Noir! We gotta capture the baddies' akumas before they–", Marin started. He pauses and looks at Manon.

"Actually, what do the baddies want?", Marin asked. "Uh... we wanna win!", Manon said.

"Yeah, but win what?", Marin asked. "I don't know. What do they usually want?", Manon asked.

"Depends. Lord WiFi wanted to reveal Scarlet Beetle's true identity and Evillustrator wanted to get revenge on a boy for exposing him! Then, there was Rogercop. But, the evil Hawk Moth, who makes them all bad, wants to take Scarlet Beetle's and Kitty Noir's jewels from them! Their Miraculouses!", Marin explained. "And what would happen if he did get them?", Manon asked.

"The bad guys... would win!", Marin replied, dramatically. "I know! I know what the bad guys want! We want the Miraculous! Then we'll win! Forever and ever! I'm gonna get your Miraculous, Scarlet Beetle and Kitty Noir! You-you goody two-shoeses! You'll be super-duper sorry!", Manon said.

"You won't get our Miraculouses!", Marin said. "Oh yeah?", Marin asked.

The dolls fight, and Marin's dolls win. "Yay! Scarlet Beetle and Kitty Noir have won again!", Marin cheered.

"No fair!! You always win!!", Manon whined, starting to cry. "Scarlet Beetle and Kitty Noir always win, and the bad guys always lose.", Marin pointed out.

"But, you never let me play with Scarlet Beetle and Kitty Noir!", Manon retorted. "Oh, don't cry! Of course you can play with Scarlet Beetle and Kitty Noir! I'll even let you borrow one of them if you want.", Marin said, as Nadja comes up on the stairs.

"I'm back, Manon. Have you been a good girl?", Nadja asked, coming into Marin's room. "Mommy!! Marin didn't let me win!!", Manon cried, she hugs her mother and cries even more.

"He didn't play fair and square!!", Manon continued. "Oh, Manon, you can't always expect to win!", Nadja said.

"Yes, I can! Scarlet Beetle and Kitty Noir always win!", Manon said. "Well, you're right there! But they're superheroes!", Nadja pointed out.

"You'll win next time, Manon!", Marin said. "Alright, now give the doll back to Marin.", Nadja said.

"NO! I wanna keep it!", Manon whined. "She can if she wants. I told her she could borrow it.", Marin said.

"And that's sweet of you, Marin. But, Manon already has so many toys at home, I wouldn't even know where to put it.", Nadja said. "NO!", Manon screamed.

The Scarlet Beetle doll's arm breaks off. "Huh?", Manon asked, confused.

"Look what you've done, Manon! Give it to me. I'm sorry, Marin.", Nadja apologized. "Oh, it's nothing, I can sew it up again! It's no problem, really.", Marin reassured.

"Oh, thank goodness! Come on, Manon, we're leaving. Say goodbye.", Nadja said. "I... want... that... DOLL!", Manon yelled out.

"No, you can play with it here next time you come. Come on, Manon, be a good girl and say goodbye.", Nadja said. Manon then cries on her shoulder.
