[Scene: Collège Françoise Dupont]

A group of students from Miss Bustier's class were making their way to Ms. Mendeleiev's classroom on the first floor. It had been a few days since the incident with 'Riposte' and Amelie's ankle had fully recovered.

"Oh no! I left my bag in the locker room!", Amelie exclaimed, slapping her forehead. "I'll be right back!", Amelie assured her friends, who nodded in understanding.

[Scene: Locker room]

Amelie entered the girls' side and quickly retrieved her bag. She was about to head back to Ms. Mendeleiev's classroom when she paused by the partition wall, which was missing its curtain.

She overheard Max's voice. "Of course, you're my best friend! I'm 100% certain about that! But I'm also 98.2% sure that the teachers are not prepared for... this evolution advancement!", Max exclaimed, seemingly talking to something or someone inside his bag.

"His best friend is in his schoolbag?", Plagg remarked, poking his head out of Amelie's jacket. "Talking to an inanimate object...", Amelie mused, before gasping in realization.

She does that all the time! "Do you think he's a miraculous user?", Amelie whispered to Plagg.

Plagg shook his head. "Nah. If he was, I would be able to sense it.", Plagg said.

Amelie and Plagg observed as Max closed his bag and began to leave the locker room. "Hide, Plagg!", Amelie whispered.

Plagg quickly retreated back into Amelie's jacket, and she stepped back, pretending to exit the locker room as she hummed a tune, trying to act nonchalant in front of Max. "Hey, Max!", Amelie greeted him.

"Uh... Oh, hey, Amelie!", Max responded. They both left the locker room together, continuing on their way.

[Scene: Ms. Mendeleiev's classroom]

Amelie and Max enter and go to their seats, while Ms. Mendeleiev is asking Mr. Damocles for help with her laptop. "See for yourself, Mr. Damocles. Nothing happens when I press the button.", Ms. Mendeleiev said.

"You're in luck, Mrs. Mendeleiev. I'm a bit of a computer whiz!", Mr. Damocles said, cracking his knuckles. "Okay.", Mr. Damocles continued.

He types a bit on the keyboard. "And there you go!", Mr. Damocles said.

It started out fine, the laptop rebooted and showed the desktop screen on the projector screen. All of the students, except Max, were impressed by Mr. Damocles's computer skills.

But suddenly, the screen crashes and shows that a computer virus has taken over the system. "That's not supposed to be happening! What is it?", Ms. Mendeleiev asked.

"It's Dino-33, a malicious computer virus! Let me try something!", Max replied, walking towards them. "Go back to your seat now, Max! Leave this to the adults!" Ms. Mendeleiev shouted at him, while Mr. Damocles nodding in agreement.

Max grunts in annoyance and is heading back to his seat when suddenly a voice is heard from inside his bag. "Inform the adults that if they don't neutralize the virus in the next seventy-five seconds, there's a 99.9% chance the hard disk will be permanently damaged!", a robotic voice said.

"Quiet!", Max whispered. "Tell me you heard Max's bag talk to him." ,Arlo whispered to Marin, who raised an eyebrow.

"It's destroying all the school data! It's a disaster!", Mr. Damocles said, before turning to Max. "How many seconds do you say we have left?", Mr. Damocles asked.

"Only sixty-five!", Max replied. The teacher nods, as the principal turns the laptop to Max.

"Go ahead.", Mr. Damocles said. Max pushes his glasses up and walks to the front of the room.
