Chapter 2

"Get the fuck out of here before I break your nose."

I look over and see that Axel is the one that grabbed the boys collar. I step back, trying to get away from the unknown guy, just as Jax pulls me back into him.

The guy looks up at Axel with a scared look on his face, before he starts to smirk.

"The fuck are you gonna do, King? Hit me? Punch me? Do whatever. I'm taking the girl to the closet and fucking-" He doesn't get the finish before Axel throws a punch straight on his nose. I close my eyes and take deep breaths and I hear Axel punching him even more, and the guy starting to beg for him to stop.

I turn around and dart down the hallway till I find the nearest bathroom. I go into a stall and that's when I start to break down. I cant handle violence. I know all too well about it, and I know how it feels. Whenever violence is involved I start to get overwhelmed.

I hear banging on the bathroom door and people shouting my name, but I don't focus on it. I try to calm my breathing but the more I think, the worse I get. I can't do this. Not right now. Today was supposed to be a good first day.

The bathroom door flies open and I hear Jax and Jayden trying to get me to open the stall. I take a few more deep breaths to compose myself, then I open the stall.

The first thing out of Jayden's mouth is "Are you okay?"

I sniffle and reply "You guys aren't supposed to be in here. What if you get in trouble?"

"It doesn't matter Sunshine, what's wrong? Why'd you run off like that?"

"I just don't like violence is all. Is Axel okay? Is he going to get in trouble?"

"He's fine. This happens a lot. And no he won't get in trouble. No one has the balls to report him."

I take another deep breath and nod.

"You wanna go back out? It's almost time for class. I checked your schedule when we were in the main office. Me, you, Jay, and Axel all have math first period, so we'll walk you there, okay?"

I nod and follow them out. Axel is leaning against a locker, waiting for us, I assume. When he notices us, he comes towards us.

"You alright?"

"I'm okay. Are you okay? You're knuckles are bruised. You should probably go to the nurse."

He laughs and we start making our way to math.

"Don't worry your pretty head about me, Daisy. I'm fine, the guy was a dick and got what he deserved."

"Violence is never the answer though." I say while looking up at him.

"For him, it was." he says right as we get to our classroom.

When we got to math, we all had to introduce ourselves, and do a worksheet which wasn't the worst thing ever. I didn't have anymore classes with any of the guys so I went my separate way to english and art.

Now it's lunch time, and I'm waiting in the cafeteria line to get my food.

"Next!"

I look up and see it's my turn. The lady gives me my food, while I had her my money.

"Have a nice day, dear."

"Thank you, and you too!" I reply while looking around for an empty table. I see one in the far corner so I start to make my way over. I sit down, and start to eat my food, when I see a shadow appear over me.

I look up and it's this really pretty girl with long brown hair and a lot of makeup on.

"Hi! You're really pretty!" I say to the girl.

She looks down at me with a scowl on her and bends down so that she can talk to me.

"Axel is mine, and only mine. If I ever see you with him again I will make you pay for it."

I go to reply when someone interrupts us.

"Go back to your table with your bitchy ass friends, Jennifer." I look over and see Axel, Jay, and Jax all standing there. They start to sit down, but when 'Jennifer' notices that Axel is sitting next to me she starts to make a scene.

"Why the fuck are you guys hanging around this ugly whore who looks like she never even see a dick before in her life?" I cringe at all the curse words everyone is saying, and look around to see the whole cafeteria looking at our table.

"Jennifer get the fuck out of here. Daisy isn't a whore, you should know. You fucked almost every guy in this school, which isn't something to be proud of. Now like I said, get back to your table with your dirty ass friends." Jax said looking angry.

I stay quiet not really knowing what to say. I'm not a whore. Am I? I don't think so. I've never even kissed a boy before.

"Whatever. Axel call me when you're free." she says with a wink.

"Not after the scene you just made."

Jennifer looks shocked at what he just said, but ignores it and starts to make her way back to her table.

Now everyone is silent, awkward almost, so I break the tension.

"Did you guys know that Scottland's national animal is a unicorn!"
