Chapter 3

Axel's pov

Right now Jayden and I are waiting for Jaxon to meet us at the back of the school. We do this everyday, to get our smoke break before school starts.

It's already 7:12 AM and classes start at 7:30. We're all usually here by now, but of course, Jax isn't.

"Where is that fucker?" Jay says obviously annoyed.

"Dunno. Should we look for him? My smokes almost out by now."

"Yeah come on." Jayden says as we both step on our cigarettes.

As we re enter the school, we search a few hallways before finding Jax. He's next to a short blonde, probably trying to get in her pants.

"Jax!" Jayden yells from next to me.

That grabs both Jax, and the blonde girls attention.

We make our way over to them, and now that I have a clear view of the girl, she's probably the prettiest girl i've ever seen. She's short, maybe 5'3 ish, with long blonde hair, and hazel eyes. She's wearing a pink shirt with shorts and white shoes. She looks innocent, like she's never seen a bad thing in the world.

"Jax where the hell have you been? We were looking for you" Jay says as he snaps me out of my trance.

"I was coming to meet you guys in the back, when I bumped into little miss sunshine here, and realized she didn't know where the office was."

I look at the girl again, and realize i've never seen her around before. She must be new.

"That's Jayden-" Jaxon says pointing at Jay "-And that's Axel." he says pointing to me.

"And guys this is Daisy." Jax says

Daisy. The name fits her. She looks like she would pick daises in her free time.

"Hi, nice to meet you!" Daisy says. Her voice is so fucking soft it sounds like she's whispering.

Just as Daisy finishes her sentence, I see a guy named Brad grab onto her. Brads always been a dick but I didn't think anything of it till I saw Daisy trying to get out of his hold.

He says something to her which makes her even more uncomfortable and that's when I had it. I don't think before I grab his collar and say "Get the fuck out of here before I break your nose."

Brad looks up at me with a scared expression on his face, before he masks it with a smirk.

"The fuck are you gonna do, King? Hit me? Punch me? Do whatever. I'm taking the girl to the closet and fucking-" I don't let him finish before I punch him square in the nose, and I keep going till I blackout and get pulled away.

When I come back to my senses I realize that Daisy,Jax, and Jay are all gone. I ask someone in the hall if they saw where they went and they pointed to the girls bathroom.

Confused, I wait on the lockers beside the bathroom until I see them walking out. I head towards them, making sure to see if Daisy is okay.

"You alright?" I ask her.

"I'm okay. Are you okay? Your knuckles are bruised. You should probably go see the nurse." She says all in one breath.

I laugh as Daisy and I start walking behind Jay and Jax to math class.

"Don't worry your pretty head about me, Daisy. I'm fine, the guy was a dick and got what he deserved." I reply to what she had said earlier.

"Violence is never the answer though." she says looking up at me through her eyelashes.

"For him, it was." I say right as we enter the classroom.

After math, I had gym and world history, but i skipped both classes. Now it's lunch period, and Jay, Jax, and I are making our way to the cafeteria.

"So what do you guys think of Daisy?" Jax asks us.

"I think she's adorable, she looks like a lost puppy." Jay says with a laugh.

I go to reply before my phone starts ringing.

"Hello?"

"Capo, some shipment was stolen from the warehouse this morning. What do you want to do?"

Shit. "I'll be over soon."

"What was that?" Jay asks.

"Shipment was stolen at the warehouse. I'm gonna head over there after I eat."

We continue walking till we enter the cafeteria, looking around for a table. I notice that Daisy is at a table, but with Jennifer next to her.

Jennifer thinks she's the hottest chick in the school when in reality she's just a whore. She tries to fuck every guy she sees, and i'll admit, I did fuck her a few times. But that's the past and I regret it.

I point to the guys where Daisy is and we start making our way over. As we get closer we can hear Jennifer giving her usual talk to every girl in the school that she 'runs the place.'

"Go back to your table with your bitchy ass friends, Jennifer." Jax says in a bored tone.

We all sit down, with me next to Daisy, and Jax across from her, Jay across from me.

"Why the fuck are you guys hanging around this ugly whore who looks like she never even see a dick before in her life?" Jennifer says which makes my blood boil. I go to speak up but before I can, Jax beats me to it.

"Jennifer get the fuck out of here. Daisy isn't a whore, you should know. You fucked almost every guy in this school, which isn't something to be proud of. Now like I said, get back to your table with your dirty ass friends."

I look over at Daisy to see her looking uncomfortable. People really need to learn how to respect others.

"Whatever. Axel call me when you're free." Jennifer says with a wink.

I think I almost barf in my mouth.

"Not after the scene you just made."

She stares at me shocked, and looks like she's about to reply, but thinks better of it and goes back to her table.

Now that's she's gone, the atmosphere is quiet and awkward.

"Did you guys know that Scottland's national animal is a unicorn!" Daisy randomly says.

She's cute.
