Adam Banks ended up quitting hockey at nineteen when his first daughter was born, jules was shooting for the stars and he couldn't keep up. he ended up switching to another college that took him as part time so he could stay and look after their daughter, Lucia Connie Barnes - Banks. he ended up working at the coffee house that they inherited and basically became a stay at home dad, which he'd never change for the world. he still plays some street-puck every friday afternoon with the ducks that stayed in minnesota and when jules was away on training for the NHL, he decided to build them a house in a plot his dad brought for them on the hill that looked over minneapolis. he went to everyone of her games with lucia, just as jules did for her dad when she was little. lucia became her and her teams lucky charm.
