Third Person

Y/n finds themself at the very top of a ferris wheel, seated in the little enclosed space. The sun was setting, one of their cousins sat infront of them, staring out at the view, the sun sparkling and making everything even more beautiful. "Kataware-doki..." They mutter to themself, their cousin glancing over confused but not questioning the odd choice of words.. even if it was in a language they didn't understand.

Of course, after a few moments they return to the ground and go home, much like anyone who had stayed for the whole night.

"Y/n, have you figured out what you're doing once your above eighteen years old yet..?" The councillor asks... it seemed so important to know your goals and what you are doing in life, but when Y/n thought of such, all they could think of was what the best way to die was.

"There is a lot of things I could do in the future, I'm still fifteen, I have a long road ahead before I need to worry about jobs." They say sarcastically, finding no interest in searching for something to do. Travelling back to Yokohama would be nice at the very least...

"Y/n. Please take this session seriously, it has been four years since you came to America, please figure out what you are doing in the future. Just because you're fifteen doesn't mean either of us can sit around a twiddle our thumbs." Y/n had already forgotten their councillor's name, for a good reason, too. One, she was idiotic, two, she hasn't asked about anything a councillor should ask about and three, she probably only does this job for the money.

How boring.
