A young, childlike voice calls out from nearby them. But, the one belonging of the voice didn't exist.
"覚えてるんですか？"
Where?
Who?
Why?
Small queries that were never answered filled their head.
"何してるんだ？誰ですか？"
Their question was left to the air, the silent, coffee flavoured air that is so... so warm.
"Here is your order, please enjoy." The male's voice interrupted their thoughts.
"ありがとう...ございます。" They murmur quietly. The cloth covering their eyes pulled up carefully so they can see clearer. Taking a small glance outside, they notice it's raining. Any words spoken blurring together into white noise.
"ごめんなさい、みんな。ほんとに..."
"ごめんなさい。"

A/N
MAN I AM SO SORRY FOR THAT RANDOM HIATUS. I was so like gwaaaa and then I got a job and was more gwaaaa AND NOW I FEEL LIKE WRITING ANGST!!! Anyways, I might start editing all the chapters to add what each phrase means and add some sort of vocab stuff in another chapter. Like a dictionary of sorts since I'm using A LOT of Japanese, I am not fluent, I'm still learning the language which is why the text I use with Japanese is hella limited so please correct me if you feel anything is out of place.
Edit: hi, dictionary chapter has been added and i have edited a ton of the grammar, probably still gonna skim through to make sure i got it all tho ahhdhs
