Y/n's pov

"Mina..." He said as he sipped from his can of banana milk. He thought for a moment and then shook his head after processing everything I told him bout today.

"She...sounds suspicious. Why would someone you met at the park would coincidentally join the same University as yours?" He asked making me roll my eyes and say "god knows, but she surely is something...she surely has some problem with me." I concluded as I sipped from my mug as well.

"Hmmm... delicious it is, how did you find this place?" I asked without looking at him to which he said "we come here often at breaks."

"We?" I asked as I filled my mouth with the delicious cappuccino.
He released a nod continuing "Me and some of my... employees."

I showed him a thumbs up and was about to continue when he himself started "I am sorry y/n."

I gulped the air and realised where this was going "j-jungkook-"

"No let me speak. You were just trying to help me...and I tried to take your advantage despite knowing you love someone else." He speaks through making me shift on my spot.

And one of those situations, where I get stuck to give responses.

"You...it was not- yeah, you shouldn't have done that. But I guess I forgive you, just don't try to get closer to me again." I finally answered after thinking alot, he looked down at our palms and then said "I don't know where we might end but I want to give you all the time you need to get comfortable with me."

I gave him a look of disbelief. So he's finally saying things I feared the most.
No jungkook...I can't be involved in any physical relationship with anyone just like that. No way in the small world.

"I just want us to stay normal till we get divo-" before he could complete that again "Don't." I pipped making him pause and stare at me with those innocent eyes. It was difficult for me to believe he was saying this!
Those eyes filled with hopes makes me want to dig a 6 feet hole and burry myself.

What he doesn't know is that...I would definitely get back with taehyung after our relationship ends. Probably marry taehyung.

"I don't like you. You shouldn't as well. And let me very clear I can't involve myself in any physical activities with you-." I concluded as I stood up and was about leave.

"Let me drop you." He suggested making me give him a stare of shock and release "what are you jungkook?" I let out a scoffic laugh and added "You don't understand it's a no from me-"he cut me off with a raised voice "I never meant that y/n! I just wanted to make things normal between us. I don't have any lust for you. What are you even talking about?"

May be...I thought a bit too much.

I stepped aside giving people the space and started "I-I am sorry." and then his gaze changed from soft to hard. From blunt and innocent to sharp and calculating as he left saying "Don't leave alone. I'll send the driver."

After I reached home I scratched my head releasing an annoying groan.
"Why!!! Why do I always jump on conclusions! Why do I always over react?"

"He's a good man! I never wanted to break his heart like that! I knew he would never think of something like that never yet I- lord! Why!? What should I do!? Is he finally mad at me? I think I just need to fix all of this and for that I need to meet taehyung." I nibbled on my nails when I realised I should probably call taehyung again.

I called he didn't receive again.
I called again and he didn't receive it again.

"Tae... please respond." I texted him clutching my phone against my chest.
I sat on the edge of my bed thinking"Taehyung I am coming I can't wait more. I need words from you."
