Y/n's pov

I reached the jeon's mansion finding jungkook's car already parked in there.
What is he doing here?

I rolled my eyes and stepped inside the mansion. As soon as I entered I called "Mr.jeon!"
Hearing my voice jimin came down rushing the steps "y/n!"
He said as he grabbed me by my shoulders, I saw panic in his eyes but my anger for him didn't make me question his state.

Instead I said "I want to meet Mr.jeon-"

"All of them are at the hospital, aunt Jeon is-is-" finally after hearing jimin incomplete I asked "what happened to her!?"
"She-she- she was over drugged by the nurse- and-and- her- let's go!" With that saying he dragged me out and made me sit in his car.
"Will you tell me what happened!?" I raised my voice making him reply "Her private nurse was on a leave so we hired another for a day or so but she was very unprofessional and- she over drugged aunt Jeon, also she ran away and now aunt is in the ICU."

I covered my mouth with my palm and asked "w-where is jung-"
"He's at the hospital with uncle." He replied to which I asked "what is going on at the hospital?"

"I have no idea."jimin replied to which I just shut my eyes calming myself.

"I know it's not a right time...but did jungkook tell you about it?" Jimin asked making me release a bitter laugh and reply "everyone except him is telling me about it."

"You mean?" He questioned as he gave me a quick stare at that I said "I met my sister sheila today-"

"What!" He snapped.

"For how long were you all trying to keep me unaware...jungkook gave up on us last day. He was only the one who provided me her address." I said to which jimin said "he-he didn't give up y/n- he is just-"

"He is just guilty? Oh please stop it. I am so done with his guilts. If he is so guilty about his actions he shouldn't have performed them at the very first place."  I replied looking out of the window "y/n...he loves you." Jimin trailed off making me release another laugh and without looking at him I said "As if I don't love him back...why is everyone else except himself confessing that jungkook loves me?"

"He's scared of your rejection...he feared it from the start that if he tells you about his reasons you will never accept his love." Jimin stated making me finally look at him and say "then tell me what are his ddaeng reasons! Why is he hell bent on killing taehyung?"

"Y/n...it was just a day ago when jungkook told me that he has decided to forget about his revenge because he has to protect you as well as his mom and will try his best to find leagal proofs...but" jimin paused at that I forced him "but? But what?"

"After seeing taehyung yesterday he couldn't-" I cut jimin saying "he couldn't forget about that revenge and he is back on that track?"

Jimin nodded making me heave an annoying sigh "what the fuck is the reason!?"

He stopped the car at the hospital making both of us run. When we reached the floor mr.jeon was sitting on the bench with his head low where as jungkook was in call in that same animalistic fury on his face making veins at side of his head pop out.

Jimin went to him and snatched away his phone asking "what is it! Tell me! Was it taehyung behind aunts situation!?"

When jimin asked this I mentally cursed myself for ever dating him, he is a doctor who took an oath to serve with utmost loyalty in this field also to never risk a life for his benifit...if he has done something to his mother then I swear I'll not leave him.
