Y/n's pov

We were greeted by Mr.jeon when all three of us reached their farmhouse.
We all were resting in the living room until jungkook's mom released a noise alarming all of us.
Jungkook stood up as he reminded his dad "Dad, it's-"

"I know it's time for her medicine."mr.jeon replied making my heart melt. I feel so happy seeing both of the men caring so much for the blessed yet unblessed woman.
Then mr.jeon pushed the wheel chair of his wife inside, taking her to their shared bedroom.

"She's so lucky to have a husband like your dad." I said making jungkook look down on the ground and smile but in guilt. I was about to ask something when I felt someone whisper something in my ears
"Hey y/n! Wanna go and check the preparations going on at the resort?"
It was jimin who was asking me to go along with him to the resort where the party is held in the evening.

Yeah jungkook still doesn't know about it.
Jimin also secretly informed me that the main reason to come to their farmhouse was jungkook's birthday.

I looked at jungkook who seemed unbothered and decided to leave the room.
"Jungkook where are you going?" I asked to which jungkook replied "I need to do some work so have to bring my laptop." He said making me internally roll my eyes at him. Who the hell works on their birthday?

"Okay. By the way jimin said he wants to show me places-" before I could complete jungkook raised his voice "again?and then you'll leave her alone in the rain?"He then pointed at jimin making me seal my lips.

"Hey! I won't do that again, also it was y/n who asked me leave." He explained making jungkook shut his his eyes and say "I am coming along-"

"But you have to work!" Both me and jimin said in unison making jungkook squint his eyes.

Oh no! If we behave like this then he'd get to know.

"Is there a problem with me joining?" He questioned or rather interrogated.
We shook our head and said "You can."

It was evening and since jungkook was there with us the whole day jimin actually became a guide and showed me some good places here. I was not able to take even a peek at the preparations going at the resort. Jimin stole some alone moments with me informing me that mr.jeon was already at the resort for final check up.

"I don't understand why are you sitting with jimin y/n? You usually sit beside me when I drive." He spoke as he glared at us from the rear view mirror. I beamed a tight smile teasing him "I'll sit with my friend jimin!boo!"

At that jimin cheered for me clapping and showing jungkook a thumbs down. Jungkook turned his head back from the front seat saying "Today's my birthday."

"So?" Jimin answered instead of me

"So I want y/n to sit beside me."

"Says the one who never once celebrated his birthday from the last 14 years." Jimin argued making jungkook go silent. He didn't speak after that which made both me and jimin look at each other and then I said "I am coming birthday boy." And with that I skipped to the seat beside jungkook from behind.

I smiled as I wore my seat belt, I gave a quick stare to jungkook who was focused on the drive but a mischievous smile was relevant on his lips as well.

"Jungkook! Take a turn now!" Jimin yelled from behind.
"What happened?" Jungkook asked to which jimin replied "Just drive to the amber resort!"

Oh- so plan is finally getting executed.

"Why?" Jungkook questioned with a frown."Aunt Jeon wants me to meet a girl." Jimin replied smoothly. I bet no one can doubt his words just because he had that smoothness and confidence in his tone.
"And you...are ready to meet the girl?" Jungkook interrogated. Or maybe jungkook is not as dumb as others.
