Blind Love (Kakashi x Reader)

Chapter 6

Once Kakashi and I finished breakfast, we took a shower and got dressed for the day. We haven't really said much since Asuma left earlier, since he decide to make a scene. Once we were dressed, I decided to speak up. 

"So, are we going to keep seeing each other or is this just going to be a one night stand? I know my brother is very protective of me, but I would really like to get to know you. I've never said that to anyone, and the fact I am saying it to you means something," I stated once he was in his living room.

"Oh, I want to keep seeing you no matter what Asuma thinks, and I honestly agree with you. I feel a connection with you that I've never felt before with anyone," Kakashi agreed with me. 

"Okay then, Well I am free tonight if you want to take me out on a real date first and then bring me home," I gave him a wink as I was walking to the door. 

"I'm fine with that, but where are you going?" He asked with a raised eyebrow. 

"Home. Got to tell Kurenai about my night," I said walking out the door.

"What time do you want me to pick you up?" Kakashi asked with a smile.

"6. No later, you hear," I slowly started closing the door. 

"I'll see you at 6," he said as I closed the door. 

Kurenai is going to have a field day once I tell her about this.

Once I found my way home, Kurenai was siting in the living room with Asuma. Asuma was dosing off to sleep and Kurenia was reading a book. 

"Well, hey love birds," I said shutting the door, waking Asuma up. 

"Oh my god, tell me everything," Kurenai dropped her book and ran to me. 

"I will, don't worry. Asuma has to leave though, since he decided to show up at Kakashi's house this morning," I gave Asuma as death glare.

"Asuma! Really? I told you not to do that and to let them be," Kurenai smacked him on the side of his head. 

"It's fine. He was just looking out for me. Anyway, Kurenai, I need your help. I have a date tonight and I need help picking something out to wear," I said walking towards my room. 

"A what?" Asuma said sitting up to look at me. 

"A date. Kakashi and I are going out on a date tonight. I don't care what you say, Asuma, I can go out with whoever I want to," I stated as I was heading down the hall way. 

"Be happy for her. She's getting out there again. Yeah, she's had some bad dates in the past, but let her explore. Let her get over Izumo," I hear Kurenai tell my brother as I walked into my room. 

I've had one serious relationship and that was with Izumo Kamizuki. We were together for about a year when I broke up with him. I caught him cheating on me one night at the bar. I went out with Kurenai and some of her friends to the bar and I found Izumo on a date with another girl when he said he was working late on a mission. That was 6 months ago and since then he has been trying to get back with me and I have refused many times. That is when I slept with Jiraiya. Izumo back off a little after that, once he asked me about it.

For once, I am happy with how things have turned out. There was a time I would have went back to him, but now I am glad I stood my ground and didn't cause I'm moving on. 

"I am happy for her. It's just weird that it is with my best friend. That's all," Asuma stood up to head to the kitchen. 

"Kurenai! Are you coming to help me?" I yelled down the hallway. 

"I am coming!" She said skipping down the hall to my room. 

Once she gets to my room, she walks in and closes the door. She heads to my closet and turns to look at me. 

"So, how was it? Was he as good as some say?" She asked with smirk on her face.

"He was even better, dude. Like better than Jiraiya. And that is saying something," I laid back on my bed. 

"Dang, that is saying something. So now for the important question. What are you going to tell Jiraiya when he gets back? I know you see him when he comes back to the village from missions," she said pulling out a red skin tight dress from my closest. 

"I'm just going to tell him straight up. I know we just sleep together when he's here, but that's all it is. Friends with benefits is you must say. I am also going to give Kakashi a heads up, so that way he doesn't think me and Jiraiya had something going on," I closed my eyes thinking about all the ways this is going to play out. 

"I think they both will understand. Besides, didn't you and Jiraiya make a deal that it was only  sex when he came home?" she asked with a raised eyebrow. 

"Yes, that was the deal. Also, if we were in the same village on different missions, but that rarely happened anyway," I sat up on my bed to see Kurenai holding a black cocktail dress that I had stored in my closet. 

"This is the dress you will wear, and I will do your makeup and hair before you have to leave. But as I said before, I'm sure they will both understand," She said hanging the dress on my closet door. 

"Okay, well I'm going to take a nap since I was up most of the night. Kakashi won't be here until 6, so I can get a few hours of sleep," I stated grabbing some pjs from my dresser.

"Okay, I'll come see if you're up around 5 so I can get started on your hair and makeup," Kurenia said walking out my door. 

"Its only 12, I think I'll be up by then," I started to change my clothes. 

"Yea, you've said that before," Kurenai said shutting my door before a pillow I threw hit her. 

I'm getting nervous about my date. Its been months since I've been on one. The last one I can remember was when Izumo asked me out on a date right before I broke up with him for cheating. Jiraiya and I never went on dates, only because we didn't want rumors going around about us since he is much older than me 

I laid in my bed, still thinking about every outcome that will happen once I tell Kakashi about Jiraiya and tell Jiraiya about Kakashi. Jiraiya is supposed to be back in a few days so I will tell him then, but tonight I will tell Kakashi about Jiraiya's deal and how I will be stopping it after today.
