Quirk: Bloodletting-drains the stamina, power, and health of the opponent till they die. This quirk once activated can't be stopped or slowed. To activate this quirk the user must have contact with the subjects DNA from any distance. DNA must not be decayed in any manner for the quirk to activate.

Additional ability's: (y/n) can see better than perfectly at night, she is extremely fast, and is able to lift at least 50-80 times her weight.

Appearance: (y/n) is a 15 year old girl who is 7.0 feet in height with leather like dark grey skin, large eyes, little body hair, and is very thin (almost looks malnourished) with bone like protruding claws and long sharp multi rowed teeth.

Threat level: (y/n) poses a eminent threat to anyone at anytime.

Action taken: there is a bounty on (y/n)'s head for 4,386,120,000 yen. Additionally she is to be hunted by every pro hero and agency that might be able to extend the case and search. All killings that resemble (y/n)'s MO are to be immediately studied by a team of experts.

(Y/n)'s MO: her MO is not entirely fixed it does vary in different ways but the basics are the same pt 1 (y/n) picks a seemingly random person and leads them to a secluded area and kills them pt 2 she will normally completely devour them leaving scraps of bones left pt 3 she hides the bones were no one will think anything suspicious is going on and burn them and anything that is near by and then she leaves the sene of the crime pt 4 she simply disappears for weeks or months then reappears.

History: (y/n) has born to mr and mrs (l/n). When she reached the age of 7 she stabbed her mother and father with two iron rods she had found in her basement then she burnt the house down with the body's inside and said to the police that her parents had told her to run out of the house. According to medical reports she had experienced a large laceration on the back of her left shoulder blade. She then went into adoption where she remained until she was a legal adult and was kicked out. There where some reports of disappearances in the area at the time however we never found the body's and can't link it to the killings later committed by her.
