Talks of Trafficking and prostitution, mentions of drug use and tortureRed stood in front of the metal doors. How long had he been there? He didn't know. Before getting to the basement floor, he ran into Padget again who had Page in tow. They asked him what he needed Page for. Red just responded that he wanted them to check on the members in the medbay and to report back to him afterwards.
Now he was left all alone. He knew what he had to do. It was a simple order.
Just heal him. That's it.
It's the least you could do.
After all, how many times did he patch you up?
How many times did you get scolded by him?
How many times did you see your friends' faces get upset at the sight of you beat up?
How many times did you break her heart?
How? How many?
Red sighed. "Let's just get this over with," he whispered to himself.
After flicking on the light switch, he opened one of the doors to the red room. He first peeked inside. He saw Pink looking over himself in horror.
Yeah. And that's not even the worst of it. Or so I heard.
Red went inside and leaned against the doorway. Pink had just noticed him.
"Hey Pink. You good to talk now?"
He got no response. Just a pained stare.
"Yeah... you're right. Kind of hard to talk when you're in so much pain." Red went and grabbed the chair from the middle of the room and dragged it towards Pink. "Well, you're in luck. I know just the thing to help." Once he sat down, he outstretched his arm over Pink's body. "This is going to take a while. Might as well just sit, ya know?" Red let out a small laugh. Still no response from Pink.
Taking a deep breath, Red began the spell. He had to concentrate hard on what he was doing so he stopped talking and closed his eyes. He wasn't a healer. This wasn't his expertise. Yet he was one of the only ones who could do it.
Healing isn't an easy process. To do simple healing spells, you have to be calm and concentrate very carefully. Usually most spells take a quick second and that's it. Not this one. One of the drawbacks for this spell was that it only healed slowly.
Remember what you're healing. The body. Torso. Legs. Arms. Back. Neck- wait. Does his neck need healing?
Red opened his eyes to look at Pink's injured body again. It was hard to tell how badly his neck was injured or if it even was due to the bandages.
There's no blood splotches on it so maybe it's okay? I guess I'll find out soon.
Closing his eyes again, he concentrated on the spell. A green hue began to shine from his hand.
Torso. Legs. Arms. Back. Torso. Legs. Arms. Back.
Remember how it was before. Imagine how it was before.
Remember Pink from before...
For a minute, his mind went somewhere into the past.
Minutes passed by slowly to Pink. With the combination of his wounds and Red being in the same room, it was difficult to say the least. His emotions were high yet it hurt to show it. In this moment, he felt anger.
