Chapter 19

"Then can I be your boyfriend?!" he yelled. I suddenly stop on my tracks and turns around. I see him shifted his gaze at his side and look down. Wait is he serious?!

"Kyaaaaa!!!! Natsu-sama confess to Lucy-sama!!!"

"Kyaaaa!They look great together!"

"Answer him already!"

Students in the hallway break their silence and started screaming like there is no tomorrow. I don't know why but I get all embarrassed. My face turns crimson red every time they will shout our names.

What should I do? Should I play with it or ignore it?

"Lucy...I'm serious." He said while looking at me seriously this time and screams filled the corridor.

"Dead serious about you."

"Kyaaaaaaaaahhhh!!!!!"

"Dragneel, can we talk?" I walk up to him and he nodded after that.

I take him outside the school building. I walk in front him, head down. This is the first time I walk in my head looking at the floor. I don't know what's happening but it seems that my heart is beating so fast.

"What do you think you are doing Natsu?!" I yelled

"That was a confession...I think?" he said and scratch the back of his head

"You think?! What are you playing at huh?"

"Nothing. I just want to know who you are going out with that's all." I face palmed.

"I told you right, it doesn't concern you."

"Yes it does because I like you Lucy."

"eh?" I was startled. Is that a real confession now?!

"You pushed me through this. I just want to hang out with you. We haven't hangout since yesterday." He pouted that I find cute in some way.

"That was just yesterday! And we see each other in class earlier right?" I said

"Yeah but it seems that I can't even last a day without you." (A/N: Doki! Kyaaaa! Hahahaha Boom!)

"Natsu let's go back to class. The bell already rung." I said and walk pass him looking down. I'm feeling that my face is heating up and I can't let him see my face like this.

"O-Okay."

"Hey Lucy I heard that Natsu actually confessed to you in the hall way." Cana said. We are in the new ice cream shop that Natsu is talking about. I really like ice cream and their ice cream here is so good. ^^

"Yeah. It was already a hot topic all over the campus." Erza said. I just continue to eat my ice cream and ignore them.

"Hey Lucy!!! Are you listening?" Cana said and knock my head lightly

"If that's what you bring me, then I'm not going to listen to you guys." I heard Erza sighs

"That's our Lucy for you. So what's your answer to Natsu?"

"I haven't answer him yet. I don't know what I will say to him. I'm confused myself of what I'm going to do." I said and put down my cup

"Luce!" that send chills down my spine. I slowly look behind me and I saw Natsu and Jellal together

"N-Natsu..." I said

"What are you doing here? I thought you have a ....date? Ahhhhh! Do you mean by date is Erza and Cana?! You turned my invitation down when you are going in this store too?!" Natsu yelled inside the store

"Natsu calm down. I know this would happen." I heard Jellal said

"You knew?!" Jellal pushed Natsu through our table

"What's going on here?!" Natsu said

"Well since it's already official that you confess to Lucy, and since we know what will be Lucy's next move, we plan this together." Cana said. What?! What comes into their minds that made them do this to me?!

"Is that so?! Then thanks!" Natsu said

"What?!" I yelled

"Just go with him. Natsu we still needs something to do so take your time." Cana said

"Let me give you a lift." Jellal said

"Hey! Cana? Erza?!" I said and stood up

"Bye Natsu. Bye Lucy, don't worry we will do your homework." Cana said and they left the store

"Bye bye." Natsu said while waving at them. I glare at Natsu and he put down his hand and laugh a bit.

I sit down again and take my cup and scoop a spoon of ice cream and stuff it in my mouth.

"You're like a kid." He said and wipe the ice cream on the corner of my lips with his thumb.

"Y-You don't have to do that!" I said and wipe my lips with my handkerchief

"Well I can always do that if you agreed to be my girlfriend."
