Lucy's POV

I went home without telling anyone about Natsu. I can't even tell about his father about his disappearance, more like I don't know how to tell them.

I step out the elevator and saw Gray and his friends in front of Natsu's house.

"Gray." I called walking towards them "What are you doing here?"

"Oh Lucy! Do you know what happened to Natsu? He's not answering the door or his phone." Gray said

"We're worried something might have happen to him" Jellal said

I was impressed to see them worrying about Natsu and here I am the one at fault, that can't even look at them straight in the eyes.

"Natsu's not there. I'll tell you everything what happened." I said and invited them inside my house.

"Ohh! I can't believe we're in Lucy's house." Loke said in awe

"Stop it! You're embarrassing Loke." Jellal said

"You can sit anywhere. I'll prepare you guys some drinks." I said as I put my bag down at the sofa

"You don't need to. Just tell us about Natsu." Gray said eagerly. I sat across them and cupped both my hands. I'm too nervous that I don't know where to start.

"Well...um...Natsu and I... got into a fight...and its my fault that Natsu left." I told them. I feel like there's something heavy on my throat; that feeling when you are about to cry.

"Where did he go? And why would Natsu left if you guys just get into a fight?" Gray asked furiously

"Gray calm down. It's very unlike him. Where could he have gone?" Jellal said

"I-I don't know." I said without looking at them. I keep fidgeting my fingers. I just can't bring myself to tell them what really happened.

"Have you tried asking Mr. Dragneel (Igneel*) about this?" Loke asked ad I just shake m head. Grab grabs his phone and dialed a number

"Hello, Uncle Igneel? This is Gray." I look up to see Gray's face...he looks really crossed and worried

"Did Natsu come to your house today?"

"Is that so?... Uh! It's because Natsu left and we don't know where he is....Just this morning....okay uncle.... Thank you for you time. Good night." Gray said hang up

"What did he say?" Jellal asked

"He didn't go there. Even his family don't know where he is. But his father said that he'll try to ask their hometown about Natsu." Gray said

"What do we do now?" Loke asked

"For now let's look for the possible places where we can find him. Bars, hotels, and where ever places we always hang out. Let's contact each other if ever we find something."

"Alright!"

"Lucy, I don't know what you two fight about, that made Natsu to leave. He's not this type of person but I know how he became so stupid when it comes to you. I know you're hiding something, but please just this once, help us find him." he said and they left my unit.

I grind my teeth from frustration and guilt. "One problem after another. When will this misfortune end?"
