No other Cybertronian knew what to call this day, most especially the Deceptions. Many were scared of Megatron, with that fear being the only thing that kept them from rebelling and joining the Autobots, but through that fear, they have committed too many sins to change sides now that he is gone...
Some of the few who feared Megatron or simply didn't like his style of leadership couldn't be happier that he was dead because it allowed a breath of fresh air and could offer a change of pace.
Whereas the lot who worshipped and/or respected him are between the lines of troubled, and intrigued. That lot understood Megatron, sympathized with Megatron and followed him willingly because of it...
And then some people could care less and saw Megatron as an excuse to crush those they deem weak and are bummed out that the only replacement...
