Chapter 4

The Parrs and Wildes are in a limousine. The vehicle drives through a forest. Helen was on the phone with Winston.

Helen: "Mr. Deavor, it's wonderful, but it's too generous."

Winston had the phone on speaker. Lionheart was standing next to him.

Winston: "Nonsense, it's the least we can do. We're partners now, can't have my partners living in a motel."

Lionheart: "Plus, you'll be glad we gave this house to you."

Helen: "Who's house? Is it a house?"

Winston: "That's my house."

Miles: "Woah! Dash, Billy, look!"

They look out the window and see the large house from the distance. Everyone else sees the house and were in awe.

Judy: "Oh no no no. This is too much guys."

Winston: "Don't worry, I have several. I'm not using that one. Stay as long as you need."

Lionheart: "Happy now?"

Helen: "I don't know what to say."

Bob: "How about thanks."

The families enter the house.

Dash: "THIS IS OUR NEW HOUSE?!"

Helen: "Okay easy Tiger, it's being loaned to us."

Nick: "Actually, this is something I can get used to."

Violet: "This is homey."

Bob: "Look at this place. Deavor bought it from an eccentric billionaire who liked to come and go without being seen, so the house has multiple hidden exits."

Krypto: "Did he tell you all that?"

Bob: "Ah, I'm just bringing it up."

Dash begins running around the house exploring the place. Miles begins flying using his two tails.

Judy: "Miles, don't fly in the house!"

Nick: "Wait a minute, let him see what there is."

Violet: "Good thing we won't stand out. Wouldn't want to attract any unnecessary attention."

Dash: "It's got a big yard!"

Helen: "This is, isn't this a bit much?"

Miles: "Near a forest!"

Bob: "Would you rather be at the motel?"

Dash: "And a pool!"

Miles: "Cannonball!"

They jump in and a splash is heard.

Violet: "What exactly is Mom's new job?"

Bob: "The important thing is we're out of the motel."

Billy: "Yes, but still, what are you gonna do?"

Dash and Miles came inside soaking wet.

Dash: "I like Mom's new job!"

Miles: "And I love this house!"

Dash dries off and sees a remote. He starts pressing buttons. A pathway behind the couch splits and reveals a small river flowing under the floor.

Bob: "Woah!"

Nick: "No way."

Then a small, thin waterfall appears from the ceiling.

Bob: "Check out the water features."

Krypto: "We hit the jackpot on this one!"

A path is made for them to walk through.
