My lips slightly parted as my eyes followed his movements. The flesh of his face was uncovered and looked as radiant as the morning sun.

His father next to him looked no different. Aza was a definite carbon copy of his father.

What about his mother? I have not seen any other woman in the room except that black head who looked similar in the slightest.

Was Amira (wife of Amir) not present at this event? It is a highly unlikely thing to happen but what could be the reason?

My train of thoughts stop sashaying in my brain when the Amir Khuzzain starts to speak,

"Assalamualaikum, hope you all are doing well." The Amir smiles and my heart blossomed in my chest. His smile was wide and childishly cute.

The man oozed elegance and power yet the safety that radiated off of him made no one uneasy.

Next to him though, Aza looked as serious as ever.

"Most of you are looking at me first time or after decades ever since the start of my reign. Allow me to introduce my self formally, I am Amir Khuzzain, your khalifa and I welcome you all to my home."

Some woman make a move to stand up in respect but the Amir - or should I say Khalifa - ushers them to keep sitting.

"No need to stand, it is I who should offer you all my respect. I come bare to you, to thank you, all you mothers, sisters, wives and daughters have my utmost respect. You sent your sons, brothers, husbands and fathers to war knowing they may not return. Thank you for being strong for the sake of Islam.

"Today, you were strong and so we all have the peace of our empire. We have the peace to sleep in the warmth of our beds. To acknowledge your dedication is the reason for today's dawat. You are the real warriors and I can not say enough to show my gratitude. My son, my daughter and I stand here infront of you to thank you."

The Amir lightly bows his head, back remaining straight, his hand resting over his heart and his eyes cast down.

I looked to my side at the teared eyed mother of Musa and my heart bounced.

I do not know what I would do if something happened to my brothers aswell. They are my life lines, my partners and what not. Without them, I would not be the Hoor everyone knows.

Land would have to split before I let anythung happen to my fam-

A tinge went up my spine and pressure felt on the side of my face.
