Approaching The Beauty

The next day, Knuckles had a plan to persuade the mysterious lady.

If he had to prove she's Sonic, he had to use an approach.

He was sneaking across Tails house. Knuckles said to himself, "If I haft to prove its Sonic, then I must approach her. Everyone is thinking I'm crazy."

He successfully sneak away though when he hears the girls beautiful singing voice, he followed it without hesitation.

Once he sees her, 'singing' on a giant clam while dressing up as a siren. The glitter and bubbles made her appearance made her glimmer in the suns rays.

She was glistening like the sea while singing her temptingly lovely voice.

Shayera was actually doing a photoshoot for the mermaid shampoo advertisement.

Diane the photographer with her colleagues; Gunther and Pierre 'who both were sweating at the sight of the blue beauty'. They were panting like a couple of dogs.

Gunther heavily breathed as he said while adjusting his scarf, "Man oh man, she is hot!"

Pierre replied to him as he sighs, "Well she is as sweet as a crepe-suzette with vanilla ice cream on the side."

Shayera continue to sing as she posed for the photoshoot. Diane was amazed as she continued taking photos for the advertisement for the mermaid shampoo.

Diana said to her, "This is gonna knock them out, you look like a goddess Shayera." She giggled happily while she winked.

Shayera asked, "Shall we take 5?" The three agreed to take a 5 minute break. Shayera giggled as she muttered, "I never thought I can pull this off, I love being a lady." She snickered as Knuckles whispered, "She's really something." He shakes his head before he focuses on approaching the girl.

Though Knuckles tripped and rolled to a ball towards her. But Knuckles slammed into the clam while he laid on the ground. Shayera 'knowing it's him' smirked. She pretended to be concern while asking, "Oh my gosh, are you okay big boy?"

She blinked a few times, Knuckles looked at her with a nervous expression. Knuckles then said, "Oh Uhh~ me okay just Uhh~ tripped while listening to pretty voice." Knuckles thought to himself, "Why the heck am I getting nervous when I'm with 'her'? Sonic never gets me nervous not like this!" Shayera giggled and said, "Oh my, your so cute." Knuckles blushed and asked, "Y-you mean that?" Shayera replied to him in a girly way, "Oh of course I mean it. Mind if I, give you a hand?"

Knuckles replied while trying to get up, "Oh, n-no thanks. Your too kind but I can get up.." He trailed off as he fell back on his back. Shayera tumbled after.

The two looked at each other as Knuckles thought, "Even if she is Sonic, I haft to admit. She's really pretty." Shayera said shyly, "Oh my. I'm not use to being this close to boys. Let alone cute red ones with big muscles." She twirled his dreadlock as he sweat and asked, "So you cute and fearless looking team leader, any plans tonight?"

Knuckles swallowed and replied, "W-Well no. Do you?" Shayera shook her head and said, "I am free tonight. Wanna take me out?" Knuckles gasped before he said, "Uhh sure. Why not?" Shayera got up and gave him a hand. Once the two stood up, Knuckles thought, "Think of a line. Think of a line to please her." Shayera asked, "So cutie, anything you have in mind?" Knuckles thought of something before he said, "Well gorgeous. I thought about taking a stroll at the lake. Tonight." Shayera smiled before she said, "Oh your too kind Knu~cutie." Shayera thought quickly, "I better be careful not to call him by his name." Knuckles replied as he placed a hand on her face, "Well you gorgeous and beautiful princess. I think your really cute."

Knuckles thought deeply, "She almost said my name. That proves it. She is Sonic." Shayera blinked flirtatiously as she said, "See you when the moon rises handsome."

She walked off as Knuckles looked down and said, "I dunno. I know now it is Sonic but... Is it worth exposing her? I dunno. Maybe I should keep it a secret. I wanna see the inner beauty of that girl. Shayera maybe Sonic, but she's still a lady. I don't think I can hurt a woman."
