Oh Gong startled awake when he felt the hand softly stroke his head, blinking while he sat up a little more in the couch.

"I was awake," he said, in a sleep heavy voice, earning himself the sound of a beautiful laugh.

"Of course you were," Seon Mi said, looking at him with a smile, which grew a little more concerned soon after, "how are you feeling, you're looking a little pale?"

"Me, fine," Oh Gong said, sitting up and gesturing for her to sit besides him, "just a little rest before we bring Bu Ja back a little more. And how was your haunted house?"

"It was...weird," Seon Mi said, "very disquieting,"

"What happened?" Oh Gong asked, leaning against her now she as sitting next to him, wrapping his arm around her shoulder and pulling her close.

Seon Mi smiled, and snuggled a bit better into him, telling him all about the darkness she had found, and how it had tried to influence her.

"That's weird," Oh Gong said, frowning and she could feel him squeeze her shoulder just a tiny bit in a protective gesture, "normally I'm rarely influenced like that,"

"That's because it's not normal darkness," Ma Wang said, approaching the pair and falling down in his one seater, his face looking troubled.

"What do you mean, normal darkness?" Seon Mi asked, while Oh Gong stared at the matter on Ma Wang's expensive suit jacket.

"It is an infection. It seemed like the darkness of the Dragon is still around, and it's trying to spread," Ma Wang said, his voice oddly even and a frown on his face.

"But she has got my powers now," Oh Gong said, and Ma Wang gave a sigh.

"I was wit Bo Ri just now, after my latest mission," Ma Wang said, "we're starting to notice a pattern,"

"A pattern?" Seon Mi asked, and Ma Wang nodded.

"Yes. You see, the darkness was broken in thousands of pieces, weak and tiny and finding a place where they can anker and grow," Ma Wang explained, "mostly in humans. Once they are strong enough, the dark emotions and feelings grow and the human is in the end devoured by it,"

"The suicide wave?" Oh Gong said, "they were talking about it on TV, an increase in people killing themselves,"

"Yes, that's part of it," Ma Wang said.

"But then the darkness is gone?" Seon Mi said, but Oh Gong was already frowning at the question, knowing it couldn't be like that.

"No, than it looks for a new host. Preferable something a bit stronger," Ma Wang said, still looking forward.

"Creatures like us," Oh Gong said, "with a strong core they can life on for a long time,"

"Yes, creatures like us," Ma Wang said, "spirits and monsters and fairies,"

"Who did you kill?" Oh Gong asked, and Seon Mi's eyes widened at the question, before she stared at Ma Wang, who leaned forward with his elbows on his knees.

"An aquintance. You should have seem him," Ma wang said, shaking his head, "he wasn't himself anymore, he just...he just wanted to hurt everything around him so he could be on top,"

"And did it kill the darkness too?" Oh Gong asked, his eyes narrowed.

"No," Ma Wang said, "it got weakened, but not killed,"

"We'll have to find a way to defeat it then," Oh Gong said, thinking about the implications. If spirits could be infected by it, then they have a problem.
