"Where's Hyunjin?" Their faces turn pale. "Just hop on, I'll explain on the way." Han says. I jump on his back. I feel bad making him give me a piggyback ride. Chan goes up first to check outside and then Han carefully follows. I try not to fall asleep on Han's back as he goes up the stairs. "Oh no.."  I'm shocked by what I see in the street at the top of the stairs. A bunch of zombies with their heads crushed and scattered on the ground. "Good thing this is a closed alley. Otherwise, there'd have been more of them." Chan explains quietly and starts heading toward the school. So the noise I heard back in the karaoke was them fighting the zombies? "Wait! Then Hyunjin must be-" I'm interrupted by Han. "Yeah, it happened so fast." I look around in shock and Han stops me. "What's the point of looking for him? Let's just go. You know, it's just the way it is now. One minute you're with them and then the next minute, they're gone." He says it so calmly, it makes it sound more heartbreaking. I didn't even get to ask why he pushed me. We make a final turn to the school. I take a moment to about what Felix said before. That everything can change just in seconds. We walk silently for a while until we arrive at school.

"Irene keeps screaming 'You killed Hyunijn!' And others look at me as if I'm a monster. The fear mixed with doubts. It's too much for me, I need a rest. I find myself wandering in the hallway in front of my classroom. I can't go in, it still reminds me of Jeongin. But I can't ask the guys to switch rooms for me. As I make up my mind to get inside- SWISH- It's that same feeling I had when I was patrolling the library. THUMP THUMP. I see a shadow running down the stairs. I have a gut feeling that- whoever just ran down the stairs, must be responsible for all the weird things happening in the school. Shoot! I know it's dangerous. But I decided to chase it.

I lost it. It couldn't have gone too far. I look around and try to spot any traces of it. It's the cafeteria on the other side. I don't think it went in that direction. It's the middle school building. What should I do... I stop to think for a bit. CREEEAK. I hear a door opening. It's from where the stairs are- like from downstairs. Is it in the basement? No one's been there yet. I know I shouldn't, but I can't resist. I carefully step down the stairs. I'll be fine. See? Nothing's happening. Besides, I really wanna find out who it is. I overcome my fear and continue my way down. Spooky-- Wish I had a flashlight. It's just too dark here. I can't see anything. I carefully move forward guiding myself by reaching the wall. I continue walking for a bit and just then, something on the wall is caught on my hand. Is it the light switch? I try turning it on. Huh? The power's been down for a while-- How come this one isn't? This just creeps me out. I just don't get it. There's definitely something up down here. I'd better make this a very short trip and go back. My legs start to shake. My footsteps make noises. Where did it go? I look around in frustration. Just then, something gets caught in my hand. Oh, shoot ! A pile of boxes falls down on the floor. Gosh-- I take a deep breath and look what's on the floor. Random things from the boxes are lying around but nothing catches my attention. Old newspapers. candy wrappers- and a jacket. Something tells me this isn't right. How come this is- here? The missing person. This belongs to the missing person. This can't be a coincidence. I gotta tell someone! I don't know what's down here but- it's definitely related to all the things that have been happening in this school. I rush back upstairs.

"What are you doing here?" It's Minho. "Where were you going?" And Felix. I run into them. "Hey! Where are you going?" Minho asks again. "What's wrong? You okay?" Felix adds. "You guys." I pause to catch my breath. "I have- something to- tell you guys." I make sure there's no one around us and then lower my voice. I'm a little bit nervous. But if I talk to them first. I feel like it won't be as hard as talking to everyone at once. "What is it? What's going on? And why are you looking so pale? Did you see a ghost or something? " Minho asks. "Come on, a ghost?" Felix sarcastically adds. "Well, look how pale she is." Minho says. "So, what really happened?" Felix turns to me and asks. I take a deep breath and show them the jacket. "A jacket?" Minho looks at me confused. "This is Jeongin's." I say. "I didn't know he wore that kinda stuff. Maybe he did, I don't know. So what, he left here voluntarily."  Minho adds on. "No, that's not true. This is proof that he didn't." I quickly say. "What are you talking about? Just help me understand." Minho stares about confused. "I've seen him wearing that- but I still don't understand. Is this something we should be concerned about? I mean, it's only a jacket." Felix raises his eyebrow. Not knowing what to say I just mumble. I think I'm more afraid to say it out loud. I can't stop picturing the despiteful look the other guys had at me. "Damn it, say something! What are you so worried about? Just spill it out!" Minho abruptly says. "Yeah, it's okay. Just tell us." Felix softly says. "I went to the basement." I quickly say. "What? Why?" Felix asks. "Are you crazy? That's connected to the middle school building and you know it! It's supposed to be a forbidden area. Why would you do that!?" Minho shouts. "He's right. You promised you wouldn't do anything dangerous again, remember?" Felix adds. "But- I heard something-" I try to defend myself. "Gosh, not again! Did it not occur to you that you could have talked to us first?" Minho asks. "I didn't think you'd believe me-" I'm interrupted. "What?!" Minho is interrupted. "Hold up Minho, I don't think she's lying about hearing something. Let her talk." Felix defends me. "I never said she was lying." Minho defends himself. "There was this big pile of boxes in the basement. And this was in one of them. He was wearing this the whole time until he disappeared. But why would this be in a box in the basement." I say. "So, what you're saying is-" Felix tries to piece together what I'm saying. "There's someone behind all this. That person is also responsible for Jeongin's disappearance. I'm positive. And if we don't do anything, we can all be in danger. So, I need to find out who this is." I explain. "So basically, you think there's someone in the school behind all this." Minho asks. "But- you know what? You're right. I think there's been enough evidence to say that. I guess I can't really ask you to stop suspecting people here." Felix agrees. "Enough evidence? What do you mean?" Minho asks. "Actually there's something I haven't told you guys. I'm sorry but- I didn't want it to spill us up like the last time. Someone has been accessing the broadcasting room." Felix admits. "But, I thought that room was locked." Minho questions. "Well, we all did. But we actually had a chance to try the key there- and we found out that the door was already open. Plus, it didn't look like it had been empty a long time." Felix adds on. "And you've been keeping this from us for how long?" Minho turns to face Felix. "I wanted to be completely sure before I'd tell everyone. Sorry." Felix apologizes. "Hey, let me just ask you one thing." Minho turns to me. "You really have nothing to do with the whole Jeongin thing?"
