IT WAS THE DAY WHEN KLAUS SACRIFICED THE DOPPELGANGER, AND ARAYIA HAD NEVER BEEN MORE EXCITED IN HER LIFE. She sat on a rock, watching Elena, with her aunt in the distance, Jenna. Klaus had fed the strawberry blonde his blood and then killed her. Which, Arayia had no idea that was in her plans. She eavesdropped on the doppelganger and vampire conversation and came into the picture. Elena's expression was utter shock. "You... you're working with Klaus?"

She smiled at Elena, a sinister smile. "Since the 12th century, darling." she then looked to Jenna, eyes narrowed. "And I bet you're hungry."

Arayia turned around and motioned for Klaus' witch, Greta, to join her and create the binding spells. Elena eyed a sharp rock and made a motion to grab at it, but Arayia was before her within a second, tutting. "You should know better than to try and outsmart me."

Arayia took a step back, and then a circle of flames arose around Elena and Jenna, separating them. "Arayia, please.. just let her go."

Arayia shrugged, as she picked up the sharp rock and then handed it to Greta. "Slit your wrist and let the girl drink." And Greta did as she said. Arayia looked at Elena. "Klaus chose her. Not much I can do."

"Drink it," Greta spoke, lowering her wrist towards Jenna.

"Jenna, don't!"

"Jenna, do." Arayia mocked, a smirk on her lips.

"I can't." Jenna sobbed, her eyes drawn to the blood that was now dripping down Greta's arm. She continued to stare at the bloody wrist until she finally gave it. She sunk her teeth into the young witch's arm.

"No! No.." Elena exclaimed, eyes glistening with tears as she watched her aunt drink the blood of another person.

"That's enough," Greta said, pushing the vampire away and standing up to her feet. She and Arayia began to walk away, conversing.

"When's Nik arriving?" Arayia asked. "I'm surprised he trusted me here alone."

Greta shrugged. "Soon." she stopped and looked at Arayia. "Look, Klaus explained to me your guy's past a while ago. I don't like you. Got it?"

"You're lucky you're doing this whole ritual for Klaus. You know why?" Arayia asked, looking Greta up and down. "I would've killed you for disrespecting me like that."

Greta rolled her eyes and walked away into the woods. And when she returned, she came back with Jules, the wolf whom Damon had some issues with. The wolf's bones broke as she took each step, causing Arayia's nose to turn up. Greta dropped the wolf to the floor and then enclosed her in a circle of flames.
