*trigger warning*
The pain I feel right now is immense.
Today, we heard that another angel might have taken his own life.
A beautiful soul, a gorgeous moon-lit heart that brought me joy and comfort at many times, although I hadn't known too much about himOnce again, I am reminded of this burden I carry. What I have and they don't. The hope, the peace, and comfort I can count on, and they can't.
Once again, I'm reminded of what an evil place this world can be for the innocent lives. Lives which strive for a better future. For happier times. Lives that did their best for those around them but had their best trampled by the evil around.
"When you're troubled and tired, don't be lost and come to me.." he said, these were his favourite lyrics and he asked us to come to him for comfort, but who could he go to?
He said he wanted to be our star, light and joy.. he said he wanted to be a dad...Tonight, a mother and a father have lost their son, a sister lost her brother, and members lost their family. And I can only hope that in his final moments, he turned to the Creator. He wanted rest, but could he get it?
And I am here living my life, and I'm not giving enough of what I have received. Not that I would have made a difference in his life, but what about all those around me like him. Those within my reach.
Today, if you read this, know that You ARE LOVED by the Creator of this world. You ARE ENOUGH. YOU ARE FEARFULLY AND WONDERFULLY MADE by God. He can be your comfort and your peace, and He CAN FILL THE VOID IN YOUR HEART. Taking your own life is NEVER the answer. Please reach out - REACH OUT to someone, to anyone...
Let us make our world around us a little bit of a better place. Reach out to that one friend or family member to tell them you love them and are there for them. Speak with kindness. Spread love.
