i was staying at maxs house tonight, we were going to the mall to watch a movie with the party tomorrow, since mike was going to see el till later, i wanted to stay with max.
"curt?" she said
i hummed
"what you doin?" she asked
"just.. writing" i said, i was writing lyrics to a song i wanted to play on my guitar another day
"can i read?" she asked trying to look
"you will one day" i said hiding it
"no fun" she said sulking
"erm excuse me? im so much fun!" i said in defeat
"nah, your brothers better" she said turning away
"oh is this what were doing?" i said shocked
"i dunno what you mean" she said, trying to hide her smile
"hmm if my brothers so much better why are you sat here with me? my brothers at home." i said
"possibly because i prefer you and ive been lying the past few minutes?" she said smiling at me and walking over to me
"ofcourse you have, im just better." i said standing up to her
"hmm sure you are." she said wrapping her arms around my neck
"maxine." i said wrapping my arms around her waist
"what curty?" she said smirking
"i hate that nickname. ugh." i said
"yeah well, i hate maxine aswell but here we are" she said moving her head alot
"okay, is lil red better?" i said smirking
"how about, fletch? no. tato?" she said
"thats my brothers name for me, cant be calling me that now, he'll automatically hate you." i said
"why does he even call you tato?" she asked before pulling me into a kiss
"i honestly dont know, actually. one day it just happend and yeah" i said laughing
"sounds like chester." she said laughing
"okay my legs hurt can we get in bed now pleaseeeeeee?" i asked
"okay fineeee" she said, letting go of me then grabbing some of my pjs i left here and chucking them at me
"violent tonight are we maxine?" i smirked
"yes, i am curty." she said grabbing her own pjs
"your lucky i love you." i said rolling my eyes before going into the bathroom and changing into my pjs "are you done maxine?" i asked before coming into the room
"yes come on" she said, i walked in and saw her on the bed, i walked over and got into the bed aswell
"cmere" i said bringing her into my arms
"i love you" i heard from the red head, her head was burried into my chest so it was a very muffled i love you
"i love you too" i said before speaking again "im sorry its to hot give me a second" i let her get up, took the covers off then took my shirt off then faced max and caught her starring "take a picture, itll last longer." i said sarcastically
"wasnt even starring" she said rolling her eyes and turning to face the other way
"thats not nice of you, turning the other way" i said getting into bed
"yeah well im not nice sometimes" she said
"hmm well now thats not true, cmon lil red" i said, she turned back around and cuddled into me
"goodnight curt" max said, closing her eyes
"goodnight lil red" i said, doing the same

i woke up, max was still sleeping so i wiggled out her grip and went to the bathroom, brushed my teeth and got changed. when i left the room max was beginning to wake up
"mornin lil red" i said sitting back on the bed
she groaned before rubbing her eyes and sitting up "morning curtis." she said
"grumpy morning?" i said, laughing a little
"its to early" max said trying to go back to bed
"max, its 11am." i said
"ughhh. i hate life" she said getting out of bed and going to the bathroom
a bit later she came out, her hair done and dressed now
"take a picture, itll last longer" she mimicked me from last night
"copying me, mayfield?" i asked
"mm possibly" she said sitting next to me, leaning against me
"how are you still tired? seriously?" i asked laughing
"just am, happens sometimes" she said
"okay, lazy bugger" i said
"i love your british accent sometimes, othertimes its a pain." she admitted
"im offended." i said turning away from her
"good" she said smiling
"cmon lets go get my brother" i said, grabbing her hand
"what time are we meeting everyone at the mall?" she asked, walking with me
"no clue, around 7 i think" i said, we walked out the door
"whyd we wake up so early thennn?" she asked
"because, i wanna see my brother max, i barely see him anymore. were talking him out." i said to her
"fine." she said, wasnt happy i got her out early
"last night you said he was better, whats the problem?" i said smiling
"its to early to be outside. thats the problem." she said
"be happy for once mayfield" i said
"i was happy once actually" she said
"oh yeah? when?" i asked her, looking into her blue eyes
"you know, when you asked me out." she said staring into my eyes
"oh yeah?" i said smirking
"mhm" she said looking away
"okay mayfield." i said

we walked into my house, going to my brothers room he shared with holly.
"chess cmon kiddo, lets gooo" i said
"wait tato i need a drink" he said
"okay, what do you want?" i asked him
"uhh coke" he said, i grabbed a can of coke from the fridge, opening it for him and giving him it "thanks tato" he said
"want a drink, mayfield?" i asked max
"coke please" she asked
"since you asked so nicely." i said handing her a coke then grabbing one for myself "okay, chess where do you wanna go?" i asked him
"hmm park!" he shouted as we left the house
"okay, we'll take you the park" i said smiling at him
i couldnt be happier.
