As I wake up once again. I see Razor staring at me with big puppy eyes. And I hear... whimpering? The room was now filled with familiar faces. Razor, Chongyun, Bennet. where's Xiangling? I looked around the room neither of the two people i saw in this room earlier was here either.
"R.razor? Are u-"
"Y/n is awake!!" Was yelled at in that second. By Bennett. Razor was still staring at me.
"Y/n okay?"
I sit back up and tell poor Razor that I am fine. but to no avail he still wants to whimper at the edge of the bed. all while Chongyun was licking another popsicle. Like seriously how many popsicles does this man have. They do look tasty tho. Maybe i should ask for some. On the other hand where is that dude from earlier. And that green haired girl too. I quickly brush off that thought as Xiangling rushes in the room with a load of random things, probably more ingredients. Seriously what does she even put in those dishes. Reminder to self never eat those dishes even if they are delicious.
Bennett as always starts apologizing, it really wasnt his fault. Its not like he can control his bad luck. Plus i wanted to stay behind. And Razor was still doting on the edge of the bed. And then the line "I'm so sorry, i should have been more careful". Came out of Bennett's mouth. Does he really think he's the problem.
Soon, the man from earlier. Tighnari was it? Came in to give me pain medicine and to check my pain level. All my friends started pouring out of the room but not before saying farewell. Bennett apologized once more. Razor asked me one last time if i was okay, which i responded with "yes i am". Chongyun asked if i was in pain. And Xiangling said she would make me a get well dish.

Tighnari made his way to the bed. Checked my temperature to make sure i didn't somehow get sick too? "Rate ur pain on a scale 1-5. And tell me if u need more blankets or are hungry." He readjusted the blanket and pillows. As his ears twitched at the smallest of sounds.
"i would say my pain level is a three." i say as i tried my best not to stare at the huge ears that are just sitting on the top of his head. Tighnari stood up and walked over to a drawer. And grabbed a liquid in a small glass. And slowly walked back.
"well the medicine is bitter, so prepare.", he shifted forward and that was the moment i realized that he was going to feed me it. Before i knew it he was leaning on the bed, pouring the liquid down my throat. I gag, *the sounds of disgust*. "i said it was bitter." He said as he wiped the liquid off of the corner of my mouth. And then he started softly chuckling at my reaction to the bitter medicine.
"does ur ankle still hurt?" He asked as he put the glass away. Before i could answer the green haired girl ran into this room. "Master Tighnari? Can i go on patrol?" She seemed really excited for what even patrol even was here. "No, Collei you'll need someone to go with u. And the other rangers are busy.
I sat on this bed watching this girl, beg Tighnari like a child when their mom tells them they're going home. "please master Tighnari, just this one time." Tighnari turns around and starts scolding Collei like a mother would. Maybe i should ask why she calls him master.
I start laughing and giggling at this mother fox. Tighnari looks at me from across the room. "keep laughing and i'll make u work for ur stay". My smile disappears and i stop laughing, "fine, mother". Tighnari furrows his brows then sighs and continues telling Collei why she can't go an a patrol.

After Collei leaves, Tighnari walks back up to the bed. "Are u hungry? I can go get u some food". he looks a little worried. "yea, i'm hungry can u get me something". Tighnari walks back to the room's door "are u okay with [dish]?" He asked as he turn back around to look at me. "oh, yea sure". He smiles and turns back away and leaves to get food as he says
"Good. And next time call me Tighnari, not mother."
