Jason's POV:

I found myself talking a lot about my school and neighborhood. Surprisingly, Natasha interjected with comments here and there, which caught me off guard. It seemed like she was genuinely interested in our conversation.

Eventually, she pulled the brake, and we both stepped out of the car. The moonlight cast a beautiful glow on her, and I couldn't help but steal glances at her. Caught off guard, she innocently asked, "What are you staring at?" I quickly looked away. "Where are we?" I asked, trying to sound casual.

Natasha simply replied, "Nowhere," and walked towards an old cottage. My heart raced as I followed her, unsure of what awaited us inside. It had an eerie vibeto it. A creepy feeling started to settle in my brain. Natasha, seemingly unfazed, opened the door and said, "If you want, you can spend the night here."

I couldn't help but feel a mix of intrigue and apprehension. The offer was tempting, but the unknown nature of the place made me hesitate. I took a moment to gather my thoughts before responding.

Surprised by the unlocked door, I couldn't help but wonder if this was really Natasha's house. It seemed strange that she didn't seem concerned about her privacy. "I'm shook," I unintentionally blurted out, my thoughts racing.

She glanced at my face briefly before turning away, about to enter the house. Panicking, I called after her, "Hey!" She turned to look at me, and we locked eyes in silence. There were so many questions swirling in my mind. What is this place? Do you live here alone? I needed answers, and it seemed like she understood.

"Well, the decision is yours to make. I mean, I wouldn't go all the way to take you back to where I first picked you up. So..." She added, "And yes, I live here."

She reassured me about the safety, mentioning that nobody ever comes to this part of the woods. With a playful wink, she added, "Besides, I'm a brave girl." I couldn't help but wonder if she even knew how to wink, as it seemed out of character for her.
