Qυҽҽɳʂ, NYHub 💍: I'm so sorry baby, just come back home. I miss you.
Hub 💍: I promise it won't happen again.
Hub 💍: I know I've been a real bad husband this past week, but I'm ready to make it up to you. I love you Ivy, we can work this out. Remember our vows.
:i'll think about it.
I stared down at my phone, reading over and over the messages Jayce sent me, and it didn't just stop at those three. After I responded, it got even worse, he started typing paragraphs back to back. It didn't irritate me as much as I wanted it to, instead it tugged at my heartstrings. I hated how much I loved him.
I could be so angry one minute and the next, I was wrapped around his finger. He definitely had a way with his words that was for sure. Not to mention the amount of gifts he sent, one of which I was sitting in right now.
An all shiny black Porche Taycan with brand new cream colored seats, it was gorgeous and I loved it. Gifts weren't everything, but that never stopped me from taking them.
My thoughts were cut off by a sharp knock on my window from outside, making me jump. "Girl open the door, it's mad brick out here!" I heard my good friend, Nayeli's, voice yell out through the window and laughed to myself before unlocking the door. Seeing her hold her arms so close to her small body was adorable to me.
Her cheeks were a rosy red from the cold and she sniffed every now and then. It wasn't even that cold, but with the outfit she had on, there was no doubt that she was practically freezing to death. I don't know who told her jean shorts and a regular short sleeve white top was appropriate for 50 degree weather.
"Sorry." I smiled sheepishly, watching her get in the car, placing her all pink purse on top of her lap.
She sighed and pushed her long 30 inch hair out of her face, running her pink acrylic nails through it before glancing over at me. "I would say I missed you but give me about five minutes to warm up first." she said, immediately turning up the heater in the car and placing her hands near the vents while letting out many deep breaths.
I smiled a little and drove away from outside of her apartments before speaking. "I missed you too. Sorry that I don't come to visit as often as I should, I just..." I trailed off my sentence, not really knowing what excuse to give her other than the fact that my husband didn't want me to see Nayeli, ever.
