Chapter 3: Confrontation

This was a terrible idea to Ladybug. However, according to Tikki, or her Tikki as she explained, made it very clear that nothing is going to be the same, even if there was a way to protect their identities.

She then saw Cat Noir waiting for her. He didn't seem to be in a cat-pun-joking mode. Well, at least there's some maturity in him after all.

"You ready?" asked Ladybug.

"Yes, Ladybug." replied Cat Noir.

Just hearing the lack of her nickname definitely proved to Ladybug that he was taking this very seriously. That's when they saw four other figures show up. They landed onto the rooftop.

"Hello there." said Scarabella, "I'm Scarabella."

"Sup, dudes," said Cat Crawler, "Cat Crawler, and I'm at your service, and I'm Scarabella's girlfriend."

Cat Noir smiled a bit. Ladybug showed a face that hinted her disappointment. That's when the other two showed up. Their mere presence brought back memories to the Ladybug and Cat Noir, as did to the others and Scarabella and Cat Crawler, who sighed in what sounded like annoyance or something.

"Mister Bug," said the boy in red, "and this is my partner..."

"Lady Noir," said the girl in black, then turning to Mister Bug, "...and this is My Lord."

There was a moment of awkward silence. Then suddenly, the moment Mister Bug grunted to himself, looking annoyed, Cat Noir began to chuckle. Ladybug joined on in Mister Bug's annoyed look. Soon, the two in red got together.

"I see that I'm the annoying one here, huh?" asked Mister Bug.

"Yup." replied Ladybug, "Now I have to deal with it everyday. Look at them."

They then turned to Cat Noir and Lady Noir.

"Nice paws, My Lady." said Cat Noir, kissing Lady Noir's hand.

"At least someone can give me some paw-sotive compliments." replied Lady Noir.

Ladybug and Mister Bug then shifted a bit awkwardly. Despite how much it was to have them off their backs for a moment, the way Cat Noir and Lady Noir went on flirting with each other, made them jealous.

Ladybug and Mister Bug then looked at each other. Everyone soon de-transformed, giving their Kwamis some rest.

"S-So..." said Adrien 2, "...I-I guess that in this universe, you...have a crush on...me?"

"Wh-Why would I?" Marinette lied.

"Oh come on, Mari. I've got a crush on you in my universe. And I'm glad that our Noirs can't hear us right now."

"R-R-Really?!"

Adrien 2 chuckled as he covered Marinette's mouth quickly. That was when he began to talk about his adventures.

So apparently, Marinette 2 had taken the Kim incident much harder than Marinette. Since then, she has hated boys. She completely disliked them. However, ever since he gave her an umbrella, she's been somewhat more warm to him.

Gabriel 2 didn't seem to like Marinette 2. He basically considered her "damage to the brand." However, once Adrien 2 told his father about her dream of becoming a fashion designer, he considered her just a little bit more.

Most of Adrien 2's adventures greatly matched Marinette. The two took a moment, remembering their Blancs; Cat and Lady Blanc.

"I was actually thinking about me and Lady Noir revealing each other's identities to each other..." said Adrien 2, scratching the back of his head.
