Sneaking x Out

It was 12:00 am, I was sitting on my bed reading a book for English class whilst listening to music, until I was interrupted with a message.

Earlier on that day me and Gon exchanged phone numbers, this was the first number I got outside from my family....an actual friend.

I smiled as the message popped up.

Gon 💚: hey wanna hang? 🙃

Killua: sorry I can't, homework:(

Gon 💚: aww come on please!!! I'm bored 🥺🥺🥺

Killua: my question is why you still up? Go to sleep

Gon 💚: your one to talk

Killua: touché , alright give me 5 minutes

Gon 💚: ok here's my address 📍...

I hoped off my bed, setting
My book and sticky notes aside on my bed side table.

I slipped on some shoes and placed my phone in my pocket and climbed out the window and raced to Gon's house.

Thanks to my super speed I was able to get there in 5 minutes, as planned.

I texted him so I don't wake up his parents.

Killua: I'm outside

And not a minute later I heard footsteps slowly pattering towards the door.

He suddenly tackled me into a hug. "Killua!" He yelled into my chest, I blushed "b-baka! Get off me!" I pushed him away but he only laughed, "let's go" he gestured me to follow him and so we walked the other direction.

We were walking pretty far from our street now. He took me into the woods , I was wondering, how can I see in the dark?

"Hey..." I spoke

"Hm?" He turned around to me

"How can you see without a flashlight?" I asked

"Ohh...I always come here, especially in the night , so I guess you could say I'm use to it"

I nodded.

"We're here"

He ran up to a beautiful lake and the moon was shining down on it. It looked like it was out of a movie.

I awed at the view in front of me, but then saw Gon sitting on a log watching fish pop out of the water then back in again.

"Flying fish" he smiled at me as I came down and sat next to him, I smiled back.

"Where are you from Killua?" He suddenly asked me.

I was a bit stunned by the question.

"To be honest I don't know anymore, I moved around a lot because of my parents business"

"Really? What do they do?" He asked

I looked at him with a serious look, am I really gonna tell him? He will probably just run away anyway.

"They're assassins" i said.

He opened his mouth, "really?"

I suddenly burst out laughing, he looked at me confused.

"What's so funny?" He said

"It's just....I've never told anyone that, yet you don't seem scared" I said

"Well I'm not scared of you Killua" he said, smiling

I blush, "you-you are a pain you know that?" I mumbled, he just giggled.

I walked him back to his house, it was around 3:01 am now.

"Go back inside looser" I teased him and he quietly laughed.

He was about to open the door but then ran to me and gave me a massive hug.

"Goodnight Killua" he whispered and went back inside.

I chuckled and walked back to my house as well.

He really is a baka.
