Gon and Killua went into the hospital that afternoon. The two boys both curious if they can have kids of their own.
Killua went up to the reception desk. "We have an appointment" Killua said, leaning over the desk with his other hand holding Gon's. The lady looked at them, "with who?" "Dr. Paladanight" Gon says, the lady nods and types away at her computer, "he will be with you in 15 minutes, please take a seat" she gestured to the waiting room and both boys sat down.
"I can't believe you know a doctor" Killua said.
"Well my friend said he wanted to become a doctor! And he recommended this hospital, dunno why" Gon said, as he looked around.
"Gon!" A voice suddenly appeared. Both boys turned around in shock.
"Leorio?! What are you doing here?" Gon gasped.
"I uhh...work here? It's a side job before I actually have a medical license and get to be called an official doctor! For now I'm just an examiner" he winked at the two.
"So why are you guys here? Got any broken bones? Or ....mental health issues?" Leorio said as they went into his new office.
They both looked at each other. "Actually we just came here to ask you a question" Killua said with a hesitant voice.
Leorio rubbed his chin, "ok...go on".
"Do you think we can umm....have kids?"
Killua looked up at Leorio who had a stunned look on his face.
"Cough! I'm sorry...what?"
"Well me and Gon have been talking and well...we wanna start a family"
Leorio was left speechless. "I mean you could adopt, but something tells me you don't want that" he pointed at the two of them.
Leorio sighed, "to be honest I have no idea, it's not very common, and I've never heard of a way before, but if some how one of you did end up pregnant which will be a one in a million chance, your gonna have to have a operation, I mean I don't think it's gonna be a natural birth, sure this thing is unheard of, but I say why not? And if it doesn't work, you could always adopt!"
"Really? Wait...so you're saying it might work?" Gon tilt his head.
"Yeah I don't wanna get your hopes up but, I've never seen it done before, at least not here"
Gon and Killua nodded.
"Ok thanks Leorio" Gon said.
"Anytime kid...but one last thing"
"If you want to start a family now, and on top of that you have college and Killua runs a massive business! Imagine how much work you guys gonna have to do! I would wait till Gon graduates, then you can"
"But I don't even wanna run that business..." Killua chimed in.
"Ya don't huh? Then who's gonna work?"
Leorio looked at them both.
"Look I'm happy for you two i really am, I just don't want you to rush things or do anything you might regret, I mean you guys are in your early 20's come on now!
You got so much life ahead of you, what's the rush?"
"I guess you're right, maybe I got too over excited about spending my life with Killua I completely forgot....thanks again Leorio" Gon smiled.
"No problemo! Also if you have a wedding, I dibs best man! Don't tell Kurapika...." Leorio whispers.
Gon giggles, and Killua blushes "a-a-anyway thanks for the help dude!" Killua grabbed his bag in an instant and took Gon with him.
"Anytime pal!" Leorio cried.
