rosy clouds hung suspended in the sky,
ephemerally frozen in time.
fragments of sunset nestled in the waves,
the loveliest gold rush this august gave.
the brine and shells clear of souls,
while the twilight tides begin to roll.
a sliver of artemis in the dusk blue,
silver against the nightfall avenue.
