Bethany's POV
"Kian what's wrong?" I know why.
"Nothing, I'm Fine " He replied.
"Is it because I chose Cameron to go to the dance?"
Kian's POV
"No." I lied.
"Kian, Cameron told me everything that happened with you two yesterday." She replies.
"Then why did you ask?"
"I was hoping you'd tell me." She says.
I sighed.
"Look, Cameron backed out and doesn't want to go to the dance because he saw you, looking sad and he thought backing away from the dance would make YOU happy." She explained. And started walking away from me.
"Beth." I called out. "I'm sorry." I looked down and straight through her brown eyes. My eyes were tearing up.
She walked up to me and hugged me.
Cameron's POV
I was going to my locker when I saw the two friends hugging. I had my sunglasses on so no one could see my eyes.
I put my hands in my pockets and looked down.
Fuck yeah I gave Kian his date. But what about me? What will I get in return? Nothing,Exactly.
He gets what he always wanted. Nash won't even talk to me.
I have no date. Nor, best friend.
All I asked for was Beth. But, I had to give her to Kian, who I know won't forgive me and won't even talk to.
I gave him Beth just so his little sad face is back to happy.
