DaeDae | 15
Walking up to the school I seen hella kids everywhere skedaddling around the area. It looked like everyone was glad to be back. I saw some familiar faces. I went to this same school last year.
I was popular but I didn't like that shit because it came with too much drama. So this year I'ma stay in my own lane for real.
My outfit today was a white Fair Verona T shirt with black Amir ripped jeans and white air forces on my feet. My chain was glistening as the sun shines on it.
"Aye! DaeDae is that you?"
I turned around trying to see who was calling me but I didn't see anybody I was familiar with.
"I'm right here nigga!"
I looked down seeing this nigga Trey.
"Oh shit I didn't see your ass, wassup nigga?"
We met half way and I dapped him up.
We started walking into the school I looked around and there really wasn't any new faces which I hated.
"Shit nothing for real. I'm sorry to hear what happened with your family."
I scrunched my eyebrows. "How you know about what happened?" That's weird because I haven't told anybody or talked to any of my friends since.
"Andre was talking about it."
Andre was the nigga who I was selling for. That nigga was blowing up my phone because I stopped being in contact with him.
Me and Trey go way back. He's the closest friend I had out of a lot of people. Someone I could trust was him. Me and him started at the same time selling together that's when we got closer. But I've been kneeing Trey since a kid.
I looked down at the paper in my hands that read my schedule and where my locker would be. Looking back up turning to Trey.
"And how would he know? I don't be in contact with him no more."
"Bro I don't know."
I stopped walking giving Trey a strange look.
"What?"
