(First Person POV)

I'm still kind of surprised that I got recognized by someone who liked my videos. I mean, I'm not that popular. I sit down at my computer and load up Youtube, then I click to my channel page. I did not expect to see that my subscriber count had nearly tripled, the views on my videos were through the roof, and there were so many comments that I don't think I could read them all.. at least not anytime soon. I'm kind of in shock, my mouth hangs open a little as I scroll through the comment sections of a couple videos.

"Goosebumps... wow!"

"SO UNDERRATED"

"Didn't know I needed this until a few seconds ago"

"The Doodlebops HAVE to see this"

"This video makes me question if im bi or not honestly"

"I didn't think that this would sound good but oml it works so well"

"I want to know what the Doodlebops think of this!"

"Aaa the dolls in the background!!! Anyone know where I can get those?"

"The outfits tie it all together, I LOVE your style girl!!!"

"Friend: What's your taste in music?   Me: it's complicated"

"Would love this at my wedding... or my funeral either one works great"

"The Doodlebops should make a reaction vid to this, id click so fast"

"I'm a music teacher, you play and sing beautifully!"

"So when will we see you in concert??"

Jesus Christ... When did my shit blow up? I mean, I'm not complaining but I just can't believe I didn't see this until now. I see a lot of comments about the Doodlebops seeing this one way or another, which is a nice though for sure, but unlikely. I'm sure they're very busy, too busy to watch some adult fan's silly covers. But a lot of other people seem to have the time, and since they seem to enjoy it so much, I decide to make some kind of subscriber special. But now the question is, what do I make that's different and tops all the rest? I head out to the living room and sit down to watch some TV. Hopefully it'll give me an idea for the video. And of course, I'm watching the Doodlebops.

Eventually, I have an idea, but it'll be hell to pull off. I might as well start now though, so I turn off the TV and head to my music room once again. Not only do I have to learn how to play some parts again, I now have to kind of write the song. I decided to create two medleys to celebrate my high subscriber count. One will be just a medley of regular Doodlebops songs, and the other will be a rock version of it. It'll take a long long while, but I don't have a job anymore so I can spend as much time as I want working on my new project.

(Second Person POV)

You spend pretty much the rest of the day working hard on those medleys. Besides the times you need to eat or drink or just sit down, of course. Mostly, you vibe with the music and make the transitions from one song to another absolutely perfect. Honestly, you have way more fun writing and singing the rock version that you do the regular version. The transitions just hit so much harder, and since you can really rock out on the hard guitar and the drums, it's super satisfying. When you film the videos and edit it all together, it's clear how much passion you've put into the music. Once you edit it all together, you exhaustedly watch them back to see how they've turned out.

They are amazing.

You really put your whole heart into this, and it was fun so it wasn't boring at all. You figured that this could be your new job. Since you already made a little money off of this already, you'd make even more with all the people that are now paying attention to you. You click the upload button and head to your room to pass out. And once again, you're just so worn out that you fall asleep as soon as your head hits the pillow.

When you wake up int he morning, you get up and get your coffee and breakfast as usual. You sluggishly lumber over to the couch, set your food and drink on the table, and plop down to relax. You switch on the TV, and search through the channels for something interesting. You see that the Doodlebops isn't on for a while, so you watch some shitty reality TV. It's just the Maury show back to back. You just watch the drama unfold while you eat and gain some energy back from staying up so late. After some grogginess wears off, you turn the channel to the Doodlebops. You check your phone as you listen and watch, playing games and such. You figure you should probably check on how those videos are doing, but you'll do that later. Besides, it's only been a few hours, it probably hasn't gotten too much attention.
