(Rooney's POV)
A couple of days later, I type out my email to Y/N. I figured it might take a while to get right. Plus, Deedee and Moe can be a bit nosy. They still didn't know what I was planning, and I didn't want them finding out yet. So I handed them a list of groceries and things that I need for an invention I'm working on, so they'll be out for a while. I sit back and read what I had typed out.
Y/N,
My siblings and I have seen your covers of our songs, and we think they're amazing! We check your channel often to see if a new one has been posted. I can tell that you really enjoy making music, and I've been wanting to chat with you in person, if that's alright with you. It would just be me, Rooney Doodle, so perhaps that makes it seem a little less daunting.
You can choose the place and time, I'll be there. Perhaps a coffee shop if you like coffee shops. I hope you accept, but at least take it into consideration.

Yeah, that looks good. I hover over the send button for a moment, then click it. I log out of the burner email that I made before I started, and log back into our shared Doodlebop email. There, Now Moe and Deedee won't find it. Now all I have to do is wait for a text.
(First Person POV)
Life without my shitty retail job is pretty nice. The money from Youtube keeps coming in, and I don't live very lavishly, (Besides all those instruments and recording equipment), but I already have all I need for now, so I put some money aside for repairs just in case I break any of my instruments or anything and use the rest for bills and groceries. In my free time, I work on new cover videos. I sit down at my computer after breakfast and open up my email. I've got the usual ones from Youtube and other websites, but one stands out to me... The email starts with 'Doodlebops2', so I'm curious. I read the email, and I get a little suspicious.
Rooney Doodle, from the Doodlebops, is sending me an email from an email that isn't the official email for the band? Yeah, no, why would I believe this? I check out the email a little more. No profile pic, no little set signature at the end... But the writing sounds pretty professional, besides the Toodles at the end, but I mean, none of the Doodles are very normal.
You know what? Whatever. I'll send a message to this number just for the hell of it.

Oh perfect! This is Y/N right?
Yeah, are you really THE Rooney?
Well I've never met anyone else with this name lol, but yes! I am THE Rooney

He sends a video, I click play. It shows Rooney alright, I don't think anyone could pull off an accurate Doodlebop costume, he smiles and waves at the camera, "Hi Y/N! This is the Rooney Doodle that sent you that email, and yes I'm serious! Is this good enough proof?" He chuckles a little, it's kinda cute. I'm kind of stunned, I really am talking to the real Rooney Doodle.

Wow. Just wow. I've got a meeting with Rooney tomorrow. I can't back out. I can feel my heart beating faster than usual, and yeah, I'm pretty nervous.. But I wouldn't admit that out loud. Maybe to a best friend if I had one. But yeah.
What do I even do until then..?
