Keontae POV:
Kaiyah left me in Florida and unfortunately Sarai flight home was the same flight as mine and she just so happened to sit next to me, The whole flight home she tried to converse with me and I wasn't feeling that shit.
Sarai: So you know we about to have baby girl and I was just wondering if you was gonna stay with me when I bring her home
Keontae: I don't know, it depends on where Kaiyah and I are at
Sarai: So you mean to tell me she's going to determine the type of time you spend with your child. I didn't mind how much time you spent with her when she first had Damir
Keontae: Listen, can you just shut the fuck up? I don't want these strangers in my business and I don't want to talk to you, you just ruined my family vacation
Sarai: That's fine I'll just call Kaiyah when we get home and ask for her to give you permission to spend time with your child
Keontae: Call her and that's your ass. Now don't say shit to me the rest of this flight
They landed back in Minneapolis and even though he was mad as hell at Sarai he gave her a ride home because he didn't want her to have to uber home from the airport.
Sarai: Thanks for the ride *She says getting out*
Keontae: Yup, have a good one
Keontae then heads to his apartment and chills around for the rest of the night
Kaiyah POV:
Kaiyah: Mama, I been meaning to call you. Why didn't you tell me that it was Keontae taking me out of town
Adrienne: Cause I thought it was sweet, like he really is trying Kaiyah. How did the trip go
Kaiyah: It was good till his other baby mama showed up
Adrienne: Man, Keontae I was rooting for you, he just can't do nothing right
Kaiyah: No ma, he didn't invite her she just popped up, but I was still mad and got my own room and left the next morning with Damir cause why she just able to pop up.
Adrienne: So youre mad cause of something he had no control over?
Kaiyah: It aint even that, its the fact that he's taken her there before to the same hotel with Damir
Adrienne: You got to let the past go and start focusing on your future and if youre going to be back with him or look for more with Lance
Kaiyah: Youre right mama, I definitely need to figure out my next steps
Kaiyah finished the phone call with her mom and texted Keontae reminding him that they had an appointment for the baby tomorrow.
The next day
Kaiyah: *Wakes up Damir* Good morning my little man
Damir: Morning Mommy *He smiles as he rubs his eyes*
Kaiyah: You ready for school
Damir: Yes, I can tell them I went to mickeys house
Kaiyah: *Smiles* Yes you can, you want to wear your shirt you got there?
Damir: Yes please
Kaiyah gets Damir ready and is giving him his breakfast when Keontae walks in
Keontae: Good morning Damir, Good morning KaiKai
Damir: Morning Daddy
Kaiyah: Hey Keontae
Keontae: You save some breakfast for daddy?
