Enid felt like she was resting on clouds - a warmth surrounded her and filled her with comfort as she snoozed away to recover her energy after a night of hunting and running in the fields; she hunted 2 deer...or was it 3? She didn't really remember, she was on high when she was shifted - she finally shifted for the first time and she never felt more alive at that moment. After hours of running and hunting, Enid collapsed into Liam's lap while the Addams Heir stroked her fur on her head, the large wolf hummed at the feeling of being petted until she felt tired and drifted off into slumber. Now, she was rested up in a cluster of warmth. Enid started walking up with a grunt when a scent hit her nose - it was strong and comforting - it made her feel safe and loved. Enid didn't want to move, she didn't want to wake up yet, but she needed to know where she was and opened her eyes. The blanket lying on her was black and the scent coming from it was strong, she looked around the room and realized where she was: she was in Liam's Room, in his bed. A blush crept along Enid's face - she was lying in her crush's bed, the same place he would rest his head. Enid looked at the blanket in her hands, pulled it up to her nose and deeply inhaled before sighing - Liam smelled so good, like flowers and nature. Unlike rain and iron like Wednesday. Enid smiled at the blanket before looking around for Liam - why was she in his bed and where was he?

The answers to her question came when the door opened and Liam walked in with a small box in his hand, his black eyes looking up from the box and locked eyes with Enid.

"Looks who's awake. Did you sleep well, il mio lupo?" Liam asked as he walked over to the bed and sat on the edge while looking at Enid, who blushed and looked down at the blanket.

"I...I slept well. Why am I in your bed? If I slept in your bed, where did you sleep last night?" Enid asked as she looked into Liam's eyes, he raised his hand and placed it on top of Enid's head and lightly ruffled her hair.

"Don't worry about it, il mio lupo. I wasn't really sleepy so I was just catching up on some reading." Liam said with a small smirk on his face - it wasn't a smile like Enid was hoping for but it was a start. Enid enjoyed the feeling of Liam's hand touching her head before he pulled away and grabbed the box by his side, he pulled out a small pocket knife from his hoodie, cut the top of the box open, and pulled out its contents - it was a book. Enid looked at the book title: Animal Shifting for Aura Seekers.

"'Animal Shifting for Aura Seekers'? I never heard of that book before." Enid said as she looked at the book with a raised eyebrow.

"It's from an exclusive bookshop in Jericho. I had to wait a while to get my hands on this book and now that I have it, I'll be able to try out some new tricks." Liam said as he opened the book and looked at the table of contents to see what creatures he would be able to turn into. Enid sat next to Liam and looked into the book with interest. They looked through the book for a while before someone started knocking on his door. Liam handed the book to Enid before getting up and walking over to the door to open it - revealing his twin sister standing before him.

"What can I do for you, Wednesday?" Liam asked.

"Enid went missing from our dorm last night. Have you seen her?" Wednesday asked.

"She is in here with me." Liam said.

"Why the hell is she here with you?" Wednesday asked as she pushed Liam aside and marched into the room and startled Enid as she snatched the book out of the werewolf's hands, making her look up into Wednesday's glaring eyes. "What the hell are you doing in my brother's room?"

"Well... I... You see..." Enid tried but she didn't know what to say - she didn't have a good excuse for being in Liam's room, at least nothing that Wednesday would understand. Liam asked her not to tell Wednesday about what they did last night and she was a wolf of her word.

"Answer me, Sinclair. Why are you in my brother's room, in his bed, since late last night? Do you really think yourself worthy of courting the Addams Heir? A pathetic wolf who can't even wolf out?" Wednesday hissed at Enid who glared at her but Liam's voice called out.

"Do not talk about Enid like that." Liam said as he walked over to them and snatched the book out of Wednesday's hand, causing the girl to look in his direction with a glare, "And for your information - Enid can wolf out. I helped her unlock her real power and granted her wish."

"What the fuck are you? A Genie?" Wednesday asked with sarcasm in her voice.

"For Enid, I'll be whatever she needs me to be." Liam said without thinking.

"Don't tell me you actually fell for her." Liam didn't answer right away, causing Wednesday's eyes to get wide, "Oh no... Absolutely not. This is not happening. I refuse to allow the Addams Heir to court a Sinclair. You're out of your damn mind, Liam!"

"Who are you to tell me that, sister? So what if I care for Enid more than a friend? She is kind and compassionate, and her heart is made of gold. Anyone would be happy to have her as their friend...or partner." Liam said - a pale blush on his face.

"Are you seriously forgetting what happened the last time you gave your heart to someone?! Did you forget what the Winters Girl did to you?! How she broke your heart and abandoned you?!" Wednesday yelled.

"THAT WAS YOUR FAULT!" Liam roared in Wednesday's face, making her and Enid jump at the sudden tone in his voice. "YOU'RE THE REASON SHE LEFT ME! YOU'RE THE REASON SHE BROKE MY HEART! YOU'RE THE REASON SHE ABANDONED ME! IT WAS YOUR FAULT, SISTER! DON'T ACT LIKE YOU DIDN'T HAVE ANY PART IN IT!"

"I did what I had to do to protect your stupid ass! You were going to taint the Addams' Bloodline with her pathetic bloodline and I wasn't going to let that happen! I did what I had to do to protect you and our family legacy! If not for me, you would have destroyed the Addams Family Name - you're nothing but a sheep with no fangs or claws, no venom or poison! You are weak, Brother, and I will do what I have to do to keep you safe!" Wednesday yelled. Enid noticed Liam's fists shaking in anger before he pointed at his open door.

"Get. The. Hell. Out. Now." Liam growled out each word at his sister who just glared at him before turning on her heel and walking out of the door, slamming the door behind her. Liam stood there with his hands by his sides, shaking in anger, his teeth locked in a snarl and tears threatening to fall from his eyes. Enid looked at the Addams Heir and got out of the bed, walking over to him, snaked her arms around Liam, and pulled him closer to her - her cheek resting on his chest, listening to his quickened heartbeat; he was really trying to keep himself together. Liam didn't say anything. He snaked his arms around Enid and pulled her closer to him, enjoying her comfort. Enid didn't make a move to break the hug - this is where she needed to be. Liam needed her. She was going to be there for him.
