Lotus First Petal

Damien may be a sweet and caring person to Yuki, but he is never like that to any body. Only to Yuki, only to his lady. The one who summoned him and gave him reason to keep living, his purpose, his pillar or even life. The day Yuki had summoned him is the day he became loyal to her. The moment she signed the contract, she got his devotion and life. When she cared about him, she got his soul. Her smile what made him fell in love.

It is no secret about his affection, that's why Byakuran doesn't like him one bit but they both act for Yuki to not be mad. She doesn't really care, but she always thinks that Damien should be nice to everyone because he is her right-hand man and the one that take cares of the court when she doesn't want to. 

He dislikes Byakuran Gesso and Tsunayoshi Sawada. Neutral on Kawahira, Yuni, Mara, and Aria. Despises the bastards that aren't even worth mentioning for what they did to his lady. He is quite okay with Kyoya Hibari and Mukuro Rokudou. 

But... he doesn't know about his own sister, Eunice.

He neither like or dislike her. He doesn't care nor care about her either. Yes, they are siblings. They bear the same last name, the magnificent and powerful last name, Ellen. 

But they were never close. 

The children of Ellen are never close. Not even in the slightest. But at least they know one another's name. They were taught to not be too close to people, even to their own family. They are raised to be indifferent to emotions because they will only hinder their mission. But those were changed the moment the Ellen siblings met Yuki, who accepted them and and treated them like humans and not just familiars who were there to die for their masters.

Damien stares at the little girl with indifference on his face. Eunice lays on the bed where she is being healed by him. 

After the ceremony, Eunice puked blood and fainted. Keira had to punch Byakuran to stop him from panicking. While Damien immediately tried to heal her. 

It seems like, the spell they casted was too much for her yet. Of course, Eunice is the youngest of the Ellen siblings, and also the first one to be summoned on Earth. She lacks training from their mother and father. She doesn't know much yet. Unlike Damien who was older, he got a long training from their parents. 

He honestly doesn't care if this girl dies now, but Lady Yuki wouldn't like it if Eunice dies and she will cry. Damien doesn't want to see Yuki cry when she returned. He wants her smiling when she returned with relief that everyone is safe, as well as her praises to him for keeping all in place when she was gone. 

"How is she?" Damien didn't need to turn around to know  who that is, "She is fine." The older asnwered, "Though... It seems like her soul id troubled." He glanced at Byakuran to see him pale. 

This child worries more about Eunice than her own older brother... It seems like he knows something. 

Damien couldn't find what is wrong with Eunice right now. Her body is completely fine, there are no external nor internal wounds, not even a bite of a mosquito... But her mana flow is unstable. Unlike that girl's (Mara) mana that suddenly burst, which caused her to be unconscious as her body couldn't handle all of it, Eunice's mana is changing. 

An unfamiliar mana.

Damien doesn't plan on telling that to Byakuran. He knows the boy can't see Eunice's mana, as the girl is stronger than him. Ellen affairs are to be kept secret... because they do not have weaknesses other than their masters. 

Then again, Eunice didn't signed any contract with anyone, not even with the one who summoned her. But Damien know that this is not because of that, Ellen can live out of their dimension even without masters, as their mother says.
