It's been a week since the earthquake event. Dr.Morgan tried to reach his Paradise with all his influence.. but nothing worked. Because the whole province is damaged. The rescue team is doing their job very well but there was a limitation for all the extent. The whole countries are lending helping hands to them. It is still difficult to battle with nature. He tried to do an aerial survey but they said there is no such building. Hearing that he became hopeless. He thought everyone in his Paradise was gone.

But no.. there were two people.. freezing in the cold.. hopefully waiting for someone to come and give them some warmth. There was no food and water for them. Both of them wet their throats with snow. Yes. They ate snow and the barks of the tree fell on her building when they were hungry.

Taehyung didn't speak to anyone after she saw that news. Every morning she will come to the living room couch and will switch on the tv .. will stream news channels.. waiting for any news. She only ate once a day.. maybe once in two days. Because she knows that Jungkook isn't eating anything. She believes that Jungkook is alive somewhere..but struggling..she can feel him through the pendant. Jin tried a lot to make her eat something. But nothing changed. Taewook tried to tease her.. cheered her.. no result. Namjoon tried to talk to her.. gave her some books. But she didn't even look at it. She has no hope.. but she wasn't hopeless..She became numb.

And yoongi.. he is also silent nowadays. He knows his brother is so strong.. but getting no information from the embassy is scaring him. His dad and Namjoon tried their maximum to get any information about the shelter home with their hold. But no. Nothing worked. Everything was blocked. Due to travel restrictions they couldn't travel to Canada.

Jungkook's mom.. being a strong lady.. believed that her son would come back one day. She visited Taehyung and yoongi a couple of times and tried to cheer them up. Yoongi sometimes went to meet Tae. He will sit beside her silently and will leave after some time.

One month over. Tae's state has no change. She stopped going to college. She is in third year now. Other than Jungkook missing, one thing is also bothering her now. There is only one month to their twentieth birthday. If they didn't meet before that.. they are gonna die. They will become mortal.

Jungkook and Christopher now changed their position to Dr.Morgan's room.. the only leftover room in good condition. Because the hall was taken away by snow. The snowflakes that came through the roof are almost covered in the room now. Dr.Morgan's washroom is also in working condition.. God knows how the plumbing system is working.

But.. the cold!! It's killing them. The only thing that they can protect themselves from cold is blankets.  They wore their jackets and blankets over them. They warm by rubbing each other's feets.

"Jungkook look.." Christopher opened a box which was under Dr.Morgan's bed. Jungkook's eyes widened seeing the things. Croissants and water bottles!! May Dr.Morgan stored them for any camping .They ate the food they got after days hungrily. They felt really happy. Yeah ..the real things people are living for.. water and food !! They both felt recharged. They stored some packets for a few more days. They don't know how long they're gonna live in that room. When will they die?? Yes. Because they have no hope now that someone will come and save them. They mentally preparing to die there.

Taewook entered Tae's room with two ice cream boxes.No need to knock because it was wide open. And as expected Tae is sitting on her balcony floor.. staring at the Moonie.. may be scolding. She averted her gaze when he sit beside her.

"Ice cream?" Taewook extended one box to her. She shook her head with a small smile.

"Please.. for me.." Taewook said with puppy eyes. She stared at him and took the box from him. He smiled to her and started eating the ice cream. Taehyung kept silent for sometime.
