I get home from work and see meredith sat on the couch, eating pizza and watching TV. She's not showered in a week and she's wearing one of my shirts.
She's been working very hard on her case. Today she took a break for a bit. I can't do any actual surgeries at work, but I went in today to teach some interns and do some paperwork.
"Hi gorgeous" I smile at her as she sees me and immediately gets up for a hug. "I missed you" she pulls me onto the couch with her. I cuddle with her.
"You're smelly" I pull her onto my lap. "Sorry" she whispers. "I'm teasing, darling" I whisper. She closes her eyes, resting her head on my chest.
A few minutes go by, and I hear small snores. I smile small. My poor baby is exhausted. I stroke her back gently. She curls up, snuggling further into me.
I very carefully move her off of my lap, and lay her on the couch instead. I pull a blanket over her before going to the kitchen, to start making our dinner.

I place the two plates on the table before going to wake her up. "Baby" I kneel infront of her. Her nose scrunches up and she moves away from me. I smile.
"Darling, our dinner is ready" I kiss her face softly. She opens her eyes slowly and smiles. "Food" she sits up. I chuckle. "Come on" I help her up. She goes to the kitchen and sits down. I follow her and sit opposite.
She eats all of her food super fast. "You were really hungry, weren't you baby?" I chuckle. She nods. "Come here" I say. She walks around to my side of the table and hugs my waist.
"You want some more?" I ask. She nods. I give her my plate. She giggles, running away with it. I chuckle. She sits on the couch and turns on the TV.
I go and sit next to her. She feeds me some. I smile. "What we watching?" I cuddle into her side. "The vampire diaries" she says. "Again?" I chuckle. She smiles, nodding. "Fine" I grin. She kisses me softly, grinning back at me.
"Once I finish this, we can go upstairs if you want" she says. "Whatever you want, darling" I say. She smiles. "Stop being so sweet to me" she hides her face in her hands. I smile wider.
"But you're so cute.. why wouldn't I be?" I kiss her face. She giggles. She looks up at me. I kiss her lips.
"Can I sit on your lap?" She climbs ontop of me. She straddles me. "Can we have sex tonight?" I ask. "I'm not in the mood" she frowns. "Its been two weeks" I sigh.
Merediths pov:
"Watch some porn and jerk off like a normal person" I roll my eyes. "I miss you" he says. I look into his eyes. I sigh. "Sorry, I don't mean to be a bitch to you, I'm sorry" I put my hand on his cheek.
"I'm just so so tired all the time, and everytime you're nice to me, I just feel like crying because I remember that you might be going to prison because of me" I tear up.
"Its not you fault! Its not your fault, baby" he puts his hands on my cheeks. "It is" I start crying.
Derek's pov:
"It isn't your fault" I pull her into my arms. I kiss her face softly a few times. She cries harder, hugging me tighter.
"I don't wanna lose you.. I literally can't breathe when I think about being alone without you" she says. "You'll never lose me, meredith.. even if I get arrested, we can figure it out" I say.
"I could handle losing literally anybody else.. why does it have to be you?" She sobs, completely ignoring what I just said to her. "You're not losing me!" I squeeze her tighter.
She pulls away slowly. She wipes her tears and moves away from me. She sobs quietly into her hands. "Baby.. please stop crying" I say. "I love you so much Derek" she cries harder.
"There's nothing I love more than hearing my girl say that she loves me and is gonna miss me, but not when she's upset" I look into her eyes. She sniffles.
"Do you want to go up?" She hugs me. "No, you're upset" I sigh. "It'll make me feel better.. please baby, I want you" she sniffles. "Mer" I whine. She kisses my cheek before standing up. She holds my hand. I follow her up.

"Can I really baby?" I ask, pulling up her shirt slowly. She nods. I smile at her gorgeous naked body. I push her back so she's laid down on the bed and get ontop of her. She moans against my lips as we make out.

"Babe" she moans against my lips as I thrust in and out of her. "Is this good for you?" I look into her eyes. She's literally been teary eyed the whole time, but she won't let me stop. "I like it" she nods, sniffling quietly.
I look down as i thrust into her harder and she covers her belly with her arms immediately. "Stop it baby, you're so sexy" I pull her arms away gently. She bursts into tears. I pull out of her immediately and sit up.
"This is why I didn't want to have sex right now" I sigh, pulling her into my arms. She sobs into my shoulder. "I'm sorry" she cries. "It's okay.. I know you're feeling vulnerable" I whispers.
"Can I have your shirt please?" She sobs, hiding in my arms. I reach over and grab it for her. I help her put it on. "You feel more comfortable?" I ask. She nods.
"You're incredible baby.. you know that?" I run my hands up her shirt slowly. She smiles small. She hugs me tight and pushes her face into the crease of my neck. We don't speak any more. I just hold her until she falls asleep.

Meredith found out that it was Derek, but then it turned out that it wasn't and it was actually her who did it when they were high and she couldn't remember.. but it was too late because Derek had already confessed, so he's taking the blame for her.
