- Sierra Wolf Pack: allies for all time
- Black Moon: new alliance, though long-time in the making
- River Run: not a full fledged alliance, Redwood is taking in River Run refugees
- Brokenridge: closer allied to the Borah and Hesperus tribes of this pack
- Red Pine: sister pack

Sierra Wolf Pack

- Redwood Pack: allies for all time
- River Run: not a full fledged alliance, Sierra is taking in River Run refugees
- Black Moon: allied with them after they allied with Redwood
- Red Pine: sister pack

Black Moon
- Redwood Pack: new alliance, but a long time in the making
- Sierra: good association from Redwood
- Yellowstone: new alliance

Crimson River
- Nightwalker's: a rogue group, but they have been allies since the Nightwalker's creation 50 years ago
- Basho: Allies
- Drayke: a vampire helping them in an upcoming war

- Windstorm: Assimilated pack, now officially Crimson River wolves

Enemies

Redwood
- Basho: not full enemies, former allies, a treaty of neutrality exists between them
- Crimson River: they aided in an attack a few years prior which seriously injured Commander Jillian Musso; no neutrality agreement, but no active war

Sierra
- Crimson River: they are enemies of Redwood, so they are enemies of Sierra

Black Moon
- Crimson River: they aid and help the Nightwalker's
- Nightwalker's: they attack and destroy Black Moon in vengeance for being exiled

Crimson River
- Black Moon: enemies of Nightwalker's, so they are their enemies as well
- Redwood: no war, no neutrality agreement, but they have attacked Redwood in the past
- Sierra: allies of Redwood means they are not allies to Crimson River
- Yellowstone: allies with Black Moon makes them enemies of Crimson River
