in the room are the remaining Kombatants, which are Sonya, Nightwolf, Kung Lao, Raiden, Liu Kang, Jax, Johnny Cage, Cyrax, Jade, Baraka, Kano, the blue dressed Woman, Reptile and Kai
Shang Tsung- he is many souls fused into one being. Behold Ermac
Ermac shows his powers as green energy flows around him where he creates a large green ball between his hands and faint screams could be heard from it.
Raiden- be wary Liu Kang. H is unlike anything you have fought.
Shang Tsung- Liu Kang, Kai white you two are the final Kombatants of Earthrelams warriors to progress to the final stage of the tournament! which one of you will fight now
Liu Kang steps forward to face Ermac
Liu Kang- I am ready.
Ermac- we are many you are one. We will destroy you.
the fight between the two is spectacular with Liu Kang showing his fighting skill and ability to control fire well with his launching fie balls and using his power to help him stay in the air to continually kick Ermac. Whilst Ermac's showed his power of telekinesis where he throw Liu Kang about and launched power balls at him knocking him back. in the end Liu Kang one the battle
Liu Kang- Earthrealm will not fall into you master's hands.
with Liu Kang winning the fight the Earthrealm protectors left the area leaving the rest. as they leave the blue dressed girl walked over to Shang Tsung
Woman- he is a greater threat than anticipated. I will insure he does not reach the final challenge
Shang Tsung- and what off the other
Woman- Jade will make sure that he can no longer proceed
Shang Tsung nods to her and she leaves with Jade following
In a separate area near a lowing river Liu Kang and Kai go through fighting movements

Liu Kang stops going through the movement whilst Kai grabs a pole and set's it up straight in the air and climbs to the top and performs a hand stand with one hand on the one in the air

Raiden- my future self sent them to me. perhaps to ensure some outcome.
