As described a dark haired Kai with blood red eye's. he is the same height and muscles mass for his body as well, every part of them is the same.
Powers
Kage's power's are the same as Kai's but from Quan Chi's dark magic they are complete shadow and smoke look like (photo above) Kage cannot change their weapon though but his control and power level is the same as Kai
Weapons
as seen above Kage uses a long sword as his primary weapon as do his clones
Motive
Want's to kill Kai and steal his sole to become whole as he feel's that as they are the same person but separated they are imperfect versions of one another, Kage want' to take Kai's sole believing he will feel whole once done so and prove he is the stronger version
Ultimate
Kage crates two clones in a triangle shape Kage swings his sword across onto the opponent which pushes them face looking at one clone who swings down and launches him onto the floor the final clone stabs his sword into the opponents eye and brings back the blade where all there of them slash down on final time onto the body
Fatality

Kage swings the sword down onto the opponent which separates the arm from the torso a clone from behind swings and takes out the opposite leg Kage does the same taking the other arm out and the clone does the same removing the last leg Kage an the clone then push their sword through the head as the body remains up straight

Kage and a clone walk over to the opponent who is dizzy. Kage walks to the side and quickly draws the sword and cuts upward from the side and the clone does the same across. the body falls apart with it falling into 4 chunks which fall onto the floor behind Kage
Friendship
the lights turn dark as Kage walks onto stage and covers his eyes with a a band and brings his sword out and swings it about like it's a lightsaber making the noises and everything
Brutality

Kage rushes forward quickly and jumps in the air whilst bring out his sword and wings down cutting the opponent in half

Kage's Clone's throws their sword at the opponent which get stuck multiple times in the body, Kage walks over and brings out his sword and cuts across diagonally on the opponent which make all the other sword disappear and the body falls into multiple different chunks on the ground.
