MK9 Sub-zero

on a skull bridge with a large green energy beam in the center Sub-zero is seen freezing a large block of ice which has encased outworld guards. as he looks forward to the door he see's a lone figure walking through it.  a cyber Lin Kuei warrior

cyber Lin Kuei warrior- you are Ordered to return to the Lin Kuei temple for assimilation.

Sub-zero- who are you

Cyber Lin Kuei warrior - I am Lin Kuei unit L-K-3-2-7. You will come with me. Smoke was an issue you will be easier.

Sub-zero- you'll find that quiet untrue.

Sub-zero fights the cyber Lin Kuei warrior by freezing his body slowing him down allowing him to hit the cyborg hard but also unfreezing him. the fight showed Sub-zero's cryo powers well showing his ability to form weapons slide on ice he can instantly make from his feet and teleport as well as making ice sculptors of himself that if broken freeze the enemy. the fight against the cyborg was quick as Sub-zero stopped him a lot form teleportation which allowed him to get a lot of hits in and win the fight with ease.

Sub-zero- I will face the Lin Kuei when my task is done, not before.

as the cyber Lin Kuei warrior teleport's away Sonya and Jax are seen walking in looking at the wrist band.

Sonya- the reading were getting stronger and now they're gone. I---

Jax stops and stops Sonya which confuses her before looking forward to see Sub-zero

Sonya- Sub-zero? But... you're dead?

the two walk cautiously to Sub-zero getting closer to him for results.

Sub-zero- I am not the Sub-zero you speak of. He was my brother.

Sonya- You're... brother?

Sub-zero- I'm only here to lean Sub-zero's fate

the two look at one another before Jax nods to Sonya

Sonya- He was killed by someone named Scorpion.

the shocks Sub-zero and grows his curiosity

Sub-zero-  Where would I find him?

Sonya- Try the Coliseum. That's where--

by the green pillar in the center of the room it starts to rumble as multiple green spirits launch out of it around the room as a voice calls out to the three of then

Voice- you have disturbed our regeneration process.

Ermac suddenly appears in front of the three by the green energy pillar.

Jax- Ermac.

Jax walks to him grabbing him by the throat and lifts him up.

as he swings his free arm at him he is stopped by Ermac's power which holds his arm in place. as he does so he uses his other hand to control Jax's arm which is holding him making him let go. once he i free is pushes Jax's arm out to his side then carry's on pushing them out causing Jax to scream as his arm's were being ripped from his body as the sound of his flesh could be heard tearing apart his arms are launch out from his side and blow up in a large cloud of red blood covering Jax as he screams in pain. then get's pushed onto his back on the ground as he withers in pain. Sonya jumps to his side as she uses her tech to blast his sides cauterizing the wounds.

Sonya- stay with me Jax

as she tales care of him Ermac looks to Sub-zero and presents himself in a fighting stance.

Ermac- We will break you as well.

Sub-zero- Not If I break you first.

Sub-zero and Ermac clash with their powers launching blasts of energy and ice at one another forcing one another back as they give each other devastating blows  with Sub-zero using ice weapons to harm Ermac and Ermac using his telekinesis to crush Sub-zero and slamming him onto the ground. in the end Sub-zero win the duel knocking Ermac down on the ground.
