In the well lit hallway of Rhodes Island's landship, the digital clock above the metallic doorframe read 2:33 A.M., and the gloomy overcast sky outside the landship cast a somber ambiance. The corridor, a maze of pipes and cables, was not so devoid of life, except for the occasional flickering of the fluorescent lights overhead.
Amidst this serene atmosphere, a cheerful feline Rhodes Island Operator named Luna prowled down the hallway, her pristine medical operator uniform along with her medical bag that kept swaying with every step.
Her radiant emerald eyes caught sight of a somewhat imposing Ægirian bounty hunter named Skadi leaning against the wall. With big bluish black two handed sword leaning beside her and her long silver hair cascading down her shoulders and an air of stoic indifference, Skadi seemed somewhat out of place among the medical personnel.
