Chapter Twenty Nine

He watched me intently, I watched the ring on my hand with a big diamond on it.

He pulled me close to him.

"Tell me you're on pills"

Hinarap ko siya, the water from the tub overflowed.

"You don't want another child?"

He groaned and rested his forehead on my shoulder.

"I just met our son, give me a year or two, and then you'll see"

I laughed a bit.

"Amy..."

My eyes watered at a thought.

"I don't deserve you, after everything, all I did was hurt you"

I looked down.

"I'm sorry"

He put his index finger on my chin and lifted up my face, sinalubong niya ang mga labi ko ng halik.

I held his nape and kissed him back, he made my whole body turned to him, he went on top of me now, I felt him entered me, I parted our lips to moan.

He kissed my forehead.

"I love you"

He wiped the tears on my face, I leaned to him and kissed him, my sobs escaped our kisses, I parted our lips and rested my forehead on his.

"I love you, Leonard"

He sighed, relieved, and then he kissed me again.

He groaned on my ear, I chuckled.

"Woman, I swear, we'll have another child after a year or when Leonel ask for one"

Ni hindi ko na nabilang kung ilang beses iyon.

I fell asleep feeling so light and in his arms.

I woke up early dahil uuwi kami sa Nueva Ecija, Leonard wasn't beside me anymore, it was six in the morning, I was naked under the duvet, I saw clothes at the edge of the bed, kinuha ko iyon at saka isinuot, I went to the bathroom and freshened up and went out of my room.

I went to Leonel's room, wala na siya roon, Mama was vacuuming the living area and gestured me the kitchen, I kissed her cheek and went to the kitchen.

"No, Papa, Mama doesn't like the pancakes too fluffy"

Leonel giggled and let his Papa cook, nakaupo si Leonel gilid ng Papa niya, Leonard's hand was on his side to support him, Leonel's eyes went to me and his eyes widened.

"Oh no, Mama's already awake, Papa"

Nilingon ako ni Leonard, he pursed his lips, I went to them and kissed Leonel's cheek.

"Where's Papa's kiss?" Leonel asked.

Nagulat ako sa tanong ni Leonel, I saw Leonard bite his lower lip and tried to focus on the pancakes he was cooking.

"I'll close my eyes!" Leonel said and did closed his eyes, pati dalawang kamay niya ay nakatakip sa mata.

Bago pa ako makaangal ay hinalikan na ako ni Leonard sa mga labi ko, my lips parted, nakangisi ito at ipinagpatuloy ang niluluto niya.

"Did you kiss now?" Leonel asked, eyes still closed.

"Yes big boy, you can remove your hands from your eyes now" Leonard said.

My cheeks flushed when Leonel giggled, binuhat ko na siya at nilagay sa upuan, Mama went in the kitchen.

"Ayos na ba ang mga dadalhin niyo?" Mama asked.
