Lola Nina welcomed us energetically, masaya rin siya na kasama namin si Leonard.
"Eto na ba ang apo ko sa tuhod? Napakagwapo!" Lola giddily said.
Leonel looked shy at first but quickly at ease, sinalubong rin kami nila Tita Ariella.
"Leonard, pupunta ka pala, hindi mo kasama si Isa?" Tita Ariella asked.
"No, Tita, hindi niya po alam na pupunta ako" Leonard said.
I only smiled at Tita.
"Kumusta pala, Mama, iyong pinlano ni Amy?" Mama asked.
"Ay, napakaganda na!" Lola proudly said.
My hopes were so high up at that, while we were in Iceland, I wanted something, like a business for us to manage once we come back, and I put the land into use.
"Halika, tingnan niyo" Lola said.
She led us to the flower farm, my eyes lit up seeing all the flowers and other things as decorations to the flower farm, a grand piano, bicycles that has basket, swings, some nest like thing, nipa huts and the main attraction, the different and many variety of flowers!
"Lola! You did so great!" I happily said.
"Thank you so much, Lola"
I hugged her tight.
We ate late lunch, Leonel played with his cousins, si Leonard ay abala rin sa mga pinsan ko, Mama said she'll rest.
I admired the flower field, the three hectares flower farm was just amazing to my eyes, it felt like a dream come true, Lola said it became a tourist attraction in our place, everything just looked surreal.
Warm arms enveloped my waist, Leonard put his chin on my shoulder, I laughed a bit.
"You bought a piece of land here?" He asked.
"Yeah, I asked Lola to buy me one, its right about there, para pag gising ko sa umaga iyong flower field ang kaharap ko"
"You have no plans to go back to the city?"
"Paminsan-minsan siguro, but I want to live here with Leonel, he's used to that kind of life, kaysa sa malalaking cities"
"Why are you excluding me?" He sulked.
I chuckled.
"Okay, let me rephrase, I want to live here with you and our child"
"Children" he corrected.
Hindi ko na napigilan ang tawa ko, we watched Leonel ran around the flower farm with his cousins.
"Looks like Tita Ariella didn't like it when you were with us and Isa is not with you"
"She knows Isabela and I are not together"
"I'm pretty sure she hoped for it, lalo na mukhang lagi kayong magkasama ni Isa"
"Are you jealous?"
"To tell you frankly, yes, I was, noong nakita ko kayong magkasama at the wedding of Margaux, I thought I should be happy for you and won't ever bother you"
"You won't tell me about our child?"
"I would, for Leonel and for your awareness, but of course, I would have to explain a lot to Isa, she looked so into you"
