I only felt more comfortable with him.

"Amy, your dad wants to talk to you" David said.

He sighed.

"Did you listen to me when I warned you about Sarmiento?"

Napakurap-kurap ako, he knows.

"Dad..."

"Bullshit, Ameythyst!"

Napapikit ako sa sobrang riin ng boses niya, he then took a brown envelope from his table and tossed it on the table in front of me.

"Open it at saka mo sagutin ang tanong ko"

My hands trembled in fear as I took the envelope, they were pictures from Peach's wedding, nakasama ako roon and then there was a picture of me and Leonard holding hands while going out the reception.

"Dad, I can explai--"

"Explain what?! That you have lied to me about not being involve with that bastard!"

"Dad..."

"I told you many fucking times! He's a fucking threat to us!"

"Dad, I never told him anything, and I don't know anything--"

"He's using you, Amethyst! He confessed that to me!"

My eyes widened.

"I talked to that bastard to fucking back off from you and yet he said he won't because he's still enjoying you, what the fuck have you been upto with that bastard?"

"Dad..."

"Are you in a relationship with him?"

"Dad..."

"Amethyst, if he won't back off from you, then you do it, or else things will get worse"

Fear consumed me of what dad might do, or what Leonard might do.

"Dad, please, don't do anything to him"

I saw the disbelief in his eyes when I said that.

"And you can say that for his sake? He's using you!"

"I'll leave him, dad! Just please, don't do anything that will ruin your name, please, I'll do what you want now"

Dad can do anything he wishes, and I'm scared of what he might do if I continue seeing Leonard.

I don't even know why I cried in my car after that talk with my father.

It felt like I was floating all day pagbalik ko sa opisina, Kuya Levin stared at me, Kuya Ashro asked me but I didn't answer, Kuya Bene was trying to see beyond me, I only shook my head.

Dad won't do anything to Leonard if I stop seeing him.

I care for our family, if dad does something to Leonard, his family won't have second thoughts that it's dad's doings, I don't want more problems.
